This appeal reads the exact same as every other appeal you've submitted, where you fail to address the reason you were banned at all. You made a server, poached our members, got banned, got unbanned after apologizing, did the same shit, got banned again, and you're now trying to appeal again with the same regurgitated appeal. I'll let you reply and explain before I nuke this appeal and ban you from making any more.

At first the admin told me that im going to get a 2 weeks ban, but then after i asked for a reduction since i thought that 2 weeks for an RDM was quite alot, he just decided to slap a charge of enormoys POs as well that i got a long time ago. We told the admin that the guy was trying to tie my friend up etc. and then he told him that if he's gonna check the logs and if the guy wasn't trying to tie my friend up, he was gonna ban my friend as well. Fortunately they (probably) found the logs, since my friend was let out of the sit when they checked the logs. After it had been confirmed that he did try to tie my friend up nothing was done to my charges and i was still given the charge of rdm and enormous POs. Additional Information: The person who i killed also threatened me a while before i killed them and the moment i killed them was when they pulled their rifle out.

It’s standard practice for reported staff to reply to the reports. Your report was actually sent to me by a member of UA shortly after being posted specifically because that reply is expected. Your own clip shows that you had the opportunity to leave and declined it by running away from the open gate, and that the soldier was patient and did not fire on you for several seconds, and even then only fired warning shots to warn you that he was willing to fire the weapon. You disregarded this situation and are now feigning ignorance of your own mischief in the hopes it’ll deceive UA. Dishonorable. Other than the loaded gun, armed soldier, him previously telling you to leave, and the warning shots? Wrong. Staff are permitted to intervene in an IC occurrence if it is deemed that one party has a disregard for the situation and RP. This happens regularly, such as minges being kicked during speeches - yelling insults repeatedly at someone during a planned out and organized speech (i.e. presidential inauguration) isn’t an unheard of thing in real life, but it will still often see someone punished OOCly (gagged or kicked) because their behavior is considered broadly unthinking and idiotic. It happens. I'm not going to reply further unless requested to; I’ve made my point and responded to yours.
