I acknowledged these mistakes and have since taken greater caution to prevent them from happening again; however, I have never received a ban. I have never been a staff member in GMod; however, I have held staff roles in other games. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: The main reason I believe I would be a strong addition to the staff team is my commitment to supporting the community by handling tickets and helping ensure that roleplay continues with minimal disruption. I’m an active member of the server and available during both peak and low-activity hours, which I believe will directly benefit both the staff team and the player base. Consistent staff coverage during off-hours is just as important as during peak times, and I’m regularly present for both. I want to contribute to maintaining a fair, organized, and enjoyable environment on the server. Over my time on Prometheus, I’ve taken part in a wide range of roles and scenarios, which has helped me understand how the server operates and what players expect from staff. I’m reliable, consistent, and focused on handling responsibilities properly. I also understand the importance of staying composed and clear-headed in situations where players may be upset or rules are in question. While I may not be the most experienced applicant when it comes to staffing in GMod, I adapt quickly and am confident in learning new systems and procedures. I understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and respect at all times. I'm confident in my ability to do so, both during staff duties and while roleplaying on my characters. I aim to set a positive example for others on the server to follow. As mentioned earlier, I believe it is important not only to enforce the rules but also to educate players when appropriate and necessary. My goal is to help others understand the rules and the reasoning behind them, especially newer players who may need guidance in learning the structure and expectations of the server.
