Why should you be un-PK'd?: Well to begin my involvement in the death of the Major of the Feld was restricted to solely taking pictures of the Major as he left the MOI. I took no part in the planning or actual shooting of this Major. Additionally the reason the whole thing was pinned on me was because after the murder, I went into the Femina went into the sewers ( To search for the shooters) and when I saw no-one in there I exited. As for breaking into the ICC at this point anything is breaking into the ICC. Thought I am not sure of the exact situation referenced the report provided to Virus, I can not recall a time that I have entered the ICC without either gaining permission or simply waiting in the ICC entrance area and just standing there. As for the "List of other offenses" I can not comment on them because I am unsure of what they could even be. The NSB is in a very bad spot right now and struggling to get anything done. Having people shot and killed for producing RP in a time when there is a massive lack of it coming from the NSB is only going to hurt RP overall. I also feel that this was not a last resort option. Given the revival of the MOJ I believe that a trial for my alleged action would be much more beneficial to RP overall. Additional Information: If by chance this PK appeal is denied I would like to request that I am able to immediately re enter the NSB as an enlisted instead of waiting 2 weeks.

This is just false. I did not sign the PCO. Yes I served the PCO, so what. Regarding "Being in the area" no shit I was. The MOI is right next to the femina, took me 30 seconds to get there. Who were the first people there? Feld. Not even me. I got there after the armed forces.
