Character's name & rank: Wilfred Stahlherz, no rank - Gottingen Corporation SteamID : STEAM_0:1:42920140 Staff member who issued the PK: MomsMom Explain why you were PK'd: On 18 Jan 2026 (about 30 minutes from posting), I was captured by Ouroboros, they explained that I was implicated for leading a raid into the facility kidnapping one of their members on 17 Jan 2026. I was questioned, explained that I was never at the facility and where I was at the time of the incident. I could not provide any valid information that they were asking for to absolve myself since I wasn't there and had no knowledge of the incident at the time it took place. The Prator questioned me with the same result and called in a government approved PK. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I had nothing to do with the incident. The only reason I was implicated was due to a report from an Ouroboros scientist which is ridiculous since I've never interacted with anyone from their faction. The only way I can think of them having my name is by metagaming. Additional Information: Prior to this, on 17 Jan 2026, myself and another member of my faction were arrested by KG and questioned briefly regarding this same incident. The agent in charge of my questioning seemed receptive to my claim that I was innocent and it looked like I would have been freed following more questioning. The conversation was cut short due to another member of Gottingen raiding and killing every MOI member in the cells. The MOI members broke NLR and metagamed by coming back to the cells despite having no IC knowledge of the situation anymore. I was killed in the cell when they returned. They searched me and got my ID and that's the only way they would have known my name in (dubious) connection to the incident. Since they were all killed and had their memories wiped, there is no way they could have passed my ID to Ouroboros without metagaming. This invalid report and lie that I was witnessed at the event is powergaming. Since this report is the only "evidence" they had in approving my execution there is no valid reason the PK should be upheld.

I understand that from your side as staff since that is sufficient to uphold the PK. However, my problem lies with the process that led up to the Prator issuing the order. I don't even blame the Prator as he was acting on the information that was given to him. But I cannot accept that anyone can just feed a load of crap into a general's ear based on no legitimate in-character information in order to kill me. The main question that was asked during the interrogation was - if I'm innocent, then why am I cited by name as the perpetrator? I could not give any reasonable answer as none exists. I had no knowledge of the incident until my arrest and I can only conclude that my name was known only through metagaming. It really frustrates me that a character that I was heavily invested in is gone for something I had nothing to do with and the only proof I have is my word. I know I'm being somewhat naive in hoping that it counts for something, but I can't accept this process as a legitimate way of offing anyone.

He wanted to use his RP style and the story he started to add a new interesting and interactive organization that would probably improve the game in some way, I think that because of the joke that was not appropriate, it should definitely be taken into account that the news was very new and the consequences of the actual event were not known, he apologized 3 times in the past few months, that fact alone shows that he cares about being present on the server and that he knows that what he did was ill-considered, if anything, you could think and focus on a way that would potentially improve the server and not on some of your beliefs because it was not an attack on a specific person or way of thinking, but just a very stupid joke
