This is a very big responsibility, and as such, I take it very seriously. This is because the staff team represents the entire network. As a member of the staff team, I always ensure that I am professional, calm in situations that may prove to be difficult, and ensure that everyone is treated fairly. I think that the reason why I would be a good member of the staff team is because I am an active staff team. The staff member is responsible for ensuring that the rules are maintained in the server and that the players are complying with the rules that will lead to a well-organized community. This is done by keeping an eye on the chat and behavior of the players, attending to the concerns raised by the players, and taking appropriate action on those players who are breaking the rules by giving them warnings, mutes, or bans. Another important responsibility that the staff member has to fulfill is to help the players at their time of need. The staff member should be helpful and should be willing to respond to the queries of the players, solve any conflicts that may come up among the players, and help the new members to understand the server. I am a very good speaker and people person. I am very active on the server and feel like I could offer a lot of support with the admins. I have taken on plenty of responsibility within the Feldjagers and have handled it with haste and accuracy, and feel that I am ready for more responsibility with joining the staff team. Also, I am very willing to learn new things. I am a quick learner and retain information fast. Also, I am very open to constructive criticism. If I create an issue or problem, I am very willing to hear about what I did wrong, and how to fix it. I can use this to help out with staff tickets. I feel confident in my ability to handle any ticket, and if there is any confusion I am not afraid to reach out and ask for help from another staff member. [150 Words or more]: First, a big duty of becoming a staff member is helping players during certain situations. When a player makes a ticket, they need the help as soon as possible. A huge responsibility is responding to a ticket as soon as possible. If a player needs someone PK’d or just quickly needs a promotion done, if I take too long on responding to the ticket the situation may be missed. Another duty of a staff member is observing overall out-of-character situations. We have to make sure everyone is roleplaying correctly as well as abiding by global rules.This situation also includes the chat. From experience, I have seen many rules broken in the chat whether that be metagame in the OOC or banned language in the general chat. I understand that this needs to be closely watched over and fixed immediately once the problem happens. Aside from just handing out bans or PK’s, there are certain situations that require more hands-on work. If you pull someone into a sit and they are making claims on someone during a complicated roleplay scenario, it takes more digging. You will have to check logs and clips to come up with a clear and concise answer to the accusation.

When you were detained in an attempt to bargain for your silence, you failed to understand the seriousness of the situation and on multiple occasions threatened to 'rat' and give his name in Court.
