Zonnenblume (Frirdrich Steiner) here, I can confirm this gentleman was indeed taking part in the RP and very good at that. He has always been a super friendly man, and seems he has made an unfortunate mistake. I can vouch that he has always been cordial and due to him having taken a really long break, as well as him being new, that I believe this was an honest mistake. It is clear that he will have to be taught on the entry policy as well as going about other ways to deal with trespassers, but those are efforts I am willing to go through with him as he hopefully joins us in the Luftwaffe.

In regards to the ban itself... a dispute is invalid. You Mass RDMd and were banned for it, so next time I recommend formatting the appeal to be an apology.
