I was previous staff on another server i got to be UA before the the server shut down but i was Ua for 3 months Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I feel like that since theres so little staff for when its peak time on the server theres not enough for the ticket people make so i think that having more will have more will help the community a bit better for not just for the person but for the staff. and helping them a bit better and have a reduced time since there would be more and keeping the community I want to be apart of this community and I have the ability to be on whenever therefore allowing for there to be staff on basically around the clock. I have strengths like Independence I have good teamwork and leadership. I wish to ensure a fair enforcement of rules, help others in the community, and help growth of the server, I want to become part of the staff team, due to the fact that I want to give back to the community because there are so many people on this server that have helped to make it better and more enjoyable for those who play it. I have loved playing inside of this community and it was mostly thanks to the people in the staff team who answered my questions, helped me. [150 Words or more]: My duties are that i have to help the server when people need help Staff members play a vital role in maintaining order and ensuring a positive experience for all players on the Prometheus Networks server. Their primary responsibilities include handling staff sits, addressing player issues, and meeting the required quota of time on their staff character. A key expectation is the ability to manage situations calmly and professionally, as staff represent the server and its values. These qualities are essential for de-escalating conflicts and maintaining a respectful environment. In addition, staff are responsible for enforcing server rules, which may involve addressing cases of RDM, VDM, NLR, FearRP, PKs, FailRP, and more. Situations may also include technical issues, such as assisting players who are stuck or need to be respawned.
