Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I think the reason that my application should be accepted is because I am someone who is very open about when I'm in the wrong and I am open to criticism and I am always striving to learn and willing to ask questions whenever. I want to help the community by taking tickets assisting with anyone's questions whatever that may be within bounds. I will also be able to take tickets during peak hours and even during down time dealing with some of the times when staff isn't as available for the players who are on at this time. I am also very mature and have a lot of extensive experience dealing with people and know how they can act and I am willing to give second chances, I think that I have really good character and act very professional. And I have a pretty good understanding of the rules to where I can enforce them reliably. And I think I have a lot to offer in what I can teach new players with the experience I have gotten. Mainly I really like this community a lot and just want to help it as much as I can I don't want to come in just to ban people all the time but I want to help the community grow by offering valuable roleplay and calling people's mistakes out when I see them and helping them to learn from it. I have gotten to learn a lot of lessons during my time which I think that I can help people with. I am also someone who puts in 100% whenever I can which I think some people lack and in that way I think I would be a great fit to the staff team. To add to this whenever I want to punish someone I will always look at their previous actions notes bans etc, so that I can deal with them accordingly and I am considerate to all of those things. [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities of a staff member is to make sure that server rules and guidelines on Prometheus Networks are being followed this is done to ensure that everyone gets a good experience within roleplay another duty for staff is to maintain a certain level of respect for the people you interact with and to remain calm. And also to sort peoples day to day issues. As a staff member you need to have a good character maintaining professionalism and keeping yourself in line by knowing your limits and not overstepping so as not to abuse and give yourself an advantage, you are to be a remodel for the players of the server so this must be met as people will follow in your actions and precedence that you set. Another duty of the staff member is to help grow and foster the community by answering basic questions and not just punishing people or guiding them in roleplay if help is needed in an IC manner of course and within bounds questions can be taken however.
