Why should you be un-PK'd?: I should be un-PK'd because it was terrible RP and he lied to staff to get me killed. So here is a quick explanation, I was driving around and I see in the announcements that the NSB wing is on fire and I start to drive over to the MOI to see what is going on so I go and try to park by the Interior garage and then right as I turn in between the Cafe and Interior garage there is a group of people and right as I see them I slam on the brakes so I try not to hit anyone and pretty much right before the car comes to a full stop I hit the NSB Director and I get out of the car to see if he is okay but I get put into cuffs and put into a cell for 30 minutes, no interactions no nothing and I get dragged out and put on a pole and shot. So the Roleplay was terrible, like I didn't even get put on trial or anything. I get that it was a GO PK but here is where he lied to staff. I was told that he said I "tried to flee and ran over multiple agents and was being Combative." which is a lie, I sadly didn't get a clip of when the incident had occurred. I would like to be UN-PK'd because I have a lot of valuble stuff on that character and I know the Göttingen stuff doesn't mean much but I am a CSO on that character and that character was just a minge character or whatever, I have actual good roleplay on that character and i've had the character for a long time. I was previously a moderator for a small server that used nutscript, however it was quite a while ago. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more:] I believe I would be a good fit for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team as I enjoy helping other players and doing my part to make the server a nice place for everyone. To me being on the staff team is not about getting powers or special treatment. It is about being patient, respectful, fair, and able to handle situations without allowing for emotions to get in the way of an outcome. I believe I have the ability to retain level headedness and represent the staff team well. I want to help the server grow into a fun and inviting community. I know there will be times when staff members have to deal with player complaints, disagreements, questions. Staff very often have to make decisions that may not favor the ticket recipient, and instead are favored more towards the actual quality of roleplay . With my experience I believe I have the ability to enforce these standards. I understand with my previous history it may be contradictory, but I have come to enjoy the server and follow every rule to a tee. As a staff member I understand we represent the server a fair amount, and I will continue the great vision of prometheus in roleplayers eyes. [150 Words or more]: The main job of a staff member is to ensure the server stays fair and fun for everyone. Staff members have to enforce the server rules and respond to player reports. They also have to handle situations such as RDM or rule breaks. Every situation should be handled fairly. Staff members should look at the facts. Treat everyone the same. A huge responsibility of the staff team is to help players whenever a ticket is made and when they require assistance. This means answering questions, helping new players, as well as enforcing any rules such as RDM.The staff team serves as the enforcing factor ensuring all roleplayers have an enjoyable and uninterrupted time. A staff member is not meant to immediately ban someone. A duty as staff is to, instead of banning them, explain and teach on how the rules and operations of the server run. This way they can learn from their mistakes and continue having an enjoyable time. Staff members also overwatch the server as a whole to make sure it continues to run smoothly and without hiccups. If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: Throughout my time as a roleplayer in Prometheus, I have received 7 notes and 3 bans. When I first started playing on the server I did not take it very seriously, however I have matured since then and have quite enjoyed my time since starting to take it seriously. I have only had 2 notes in the past 3 months and that was for powergaming and an unauthorized raid. For the unauthorized raid note, it was later in the day and I was genuinely just messing around, however since having it explained to me I do understand the difference between the two and have learned from the experience. For the powergaming note, I was arrested and in NSB cells and had to leave. I messaged the guy who had me in the cells that I had to leave but would be back later, and he agreed to it. Once I logged back in after some time, I messaged him again to let him know, but another member of the NSB released me. It was not meant in an intentional way, however it has been explained to me to contact UA if I need to leave while in a RP situation. Being a staff member is much more than getting some additional permissions. It is about having enough patience, maturity, fairness, and skills to cope with any complicated situation without giving in to one's emotions. I believe that I will manage to provide all that to the team. I consider myself to be able to become part of the process of creating a positive community. Of course, I understand that there may appear some cases which will be challenging to deal with reports, disputes, answering players' questions and so on. As a staff member, one needs to maintain the rules, process reports by the users and solve cases like RDM, breaking server rules or any problems created by particular players. It is also important to remain unbiased, neutral and objective in all the cases and treat all the players equally. Secondly, another duty of a staff member is to provide assistance to players who ask for that or who need help because of being new and unfamiliar with the server's system. Sometimes it is needed to help the user understand something, instead of punishing them. Also, staff members are supposed to monitor the server to stop potential issues and keep the order in the community. Thirdly, being a staff member requires providing a good example for the whole community to follow, showing maturity and respect to other people and refraining from arguments with players. If another staff member shares some ideas concerning the improvement of your actions or behavior, it is necessary to listen and try to change something for the better. From what I was told there was a approved raid, But if I died in there I would be pk'd for it. I knew the risk but I believe you made the wrong move here governor.

With the Unapproved Raid, you said April 4th 2025 while we were in the sit and there was roleplay to it, it was to pk the kriegsmarschall and I didn't know I wasn't able to go and pk because nobody told me and when I asked someone to go they said sure

Your Name: Alexander Wolf SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:645709333 Appeal Type (Apology or Dispute): Dispute Which staff member banned you?: Governor How long is your ban for?: 2 days Why were you banned?: Unapproved raid Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I was on my KG char and a officer of the kg told me that the Kriegsmarschall was pk active and so was the War Marshall, So I go to the ICC and enter through the garage and I remember a server announcement saying something on the lines of " If you try to PK someone and you die you will be pk'd " so I knew the risk of going in there and possibly dying and then 2 members of the military come up to me and try to detain me then ( at this point im in the BB )I turn a corner then point my gun and I kill one of them and the other kills me, after I die im at the LF and then im brought up into a sit, thinking I was going to be PK'd, then Governor says "you cant just kill someone under fearrp", then he says "let me look at your notes" and then after looking at my notes, I did have a Unapproved raid from awhile ago then he says "Oh well you have a unapproved raid note" so I am going to be banning you for a day and then I make a joke saying " OMG what am I going to do without Prometheus for a day" and then he say you know what its 2 day's now for saying that. So I believe I should've just been pk'd for that instead of being banned. Additional Information:

Okay, I am sorry for what I did, I thought I would be fine doing this because i've seen other people do the things I did before and not get banned, this action that I have done will never happen again, I have learned from my mistake and it will not happen again. I am confused about on how you guys let the main guy who planned this go but I am dearly sorry for this situation that occurred last night.

So why wasnt that other guy banned that i was with, you guys said "oh your fine" when HE GAVE THEM THE GUNS but im the one to get banned I was a passive observer, I watched this happen, that is a passive observer. Also all I did was show them were the MOI was. I gave them no weapons. No nothing.
