Hey im the staff member you reported for "Muted me for no reason" I had muted you because you spoke regarding a snynogouge, and at the time there was quite so harmfull and non acceptable language being thrown around. Might you have been put in the crossfire possibly, Nonetheless less when you made a ticket I still assited you in what you needed, and actually was the one who directed you to here to the forums to report myself. While you gents have things to fix on the overall layout and Ic organizational aspect of this I beleive you boys might genuinly be worth the time, just like how you put time into the server. I've seen them RP in game, took tickets for and against them and from what I've seen, I can vouch for these guys that they should be given a chance at a Mafia rp bringing some kind of Criminal organization into the city that genuinely is just that, and not some political revolutionary Group or things alike. Bassicaly make a template the same as a ban appeal, but rather for a ban appeal, it's for a Note/ticket on a player's account to fight the decision of the staff member. I think it would make sense since even if a ban is appealed, it still shows up, but tickets generally are the immediate thing a staff member see, and it should be fair for a player to have the ability to remove a unjust ticket/note on their account. Does anyone else agree with this?

From what I saw and heard its a matter of in-game RP that now has spilled to OOC. I don't know if both clips are right after eachother, but if they are, I'd be careful of not having broken a rule yourself. Its Simple if they tell you to leave you leave, you were told many times. +1, I know this man for quite a long, even longer than I have been staff on this server and I know that he would not purposely try to harm the server or crash. I fully believe that it was a mistake, and even I had posted some extensive amount of text regarding some real-life regulations of the Geneva so he might have misunderstood that sending large texts in the server would not harm the server at all or cause it to crash.

You don't hate on this, I actually directed him over here to do this since he wanted to utilize a black character. Yes people have missused Female and black Characters but I mean it was available to anyone back in the day even to Minges, and considering the growing population of Female inidividuals in the server I think its fair for those people to be a woman and not a NSB CO who hasnt showered in a month say, you are man because thats your player model its cringy and it makes it far more RP friendly. A good middle line might be, where you must have over a certain amount of play time on the server or have VIP to be able to apply or special circumstances. ERP and the abuse of those type of characters have been a huge issue in the past and I seen it quite literally break a server most remmeber that, so I mean bad situations exist and have happend due to it was widenly available without moderation, unlike how a thorough application and assement would ensure that atleast 99% of all those who will abuse it will taken out of the equation entirely.

Hi im the staff member that banned, Regarding ARDM it was the part where you said "shooting towards the mining walls so I can get his attention" from what I could recall you where trying to shoot him through those little gaps in the center pillars which resulted in you dying, and before that for General Rule 17 I saw you tie up 2 guys mining in the mines I even saw you strip a guy of all his items and drop it to the floor and then shoot them after you had mugged them. And as far as an apology, you should have done it in here, you're lucky I gave you a 3-day ban instead of more I was generous and gave you that amount because it was late at night. So instead of trying to manipulate and hide the facts, just own up to it and get it over with. I pray that you better yourself and be more truthful in the future my man.
