The first part was of an OOC situation with you and Agustus which you then took it ICLY and Shoot him in the Back of the Head, the Second clip with the LAPO Guy I understand maybe you thought that shooting someone is justified maybe you did warn them beforehand all that was witnessed all the clip ssuplied to me and testimony of staff were you shooting them and I saw you shoot a person who wasnt moving for a Hot Minute which you didnt try to detain you shoot him, Which in any real life situation would you do that?? no you detain alright maybe your a bit rusty but it isnt a excuse to shoot millitary men and blatanly state that you wont be banned because its never a ban, It simply shows that you knew what you were doing and you understood the consequences. The Sixth clip is to show that you clearly have no remorse for shooting anyone even when your in the wrong.. The Fourth clip is to debunk the accusation you made that you were not warned once about you shooting people. Hi, I'm the Moderator who banned you last night. I understand your frustration, but I'll put it simply, In the Initial Situation you shoot a Millitary man at the Luftwaffe gate I didnt act as because I thought it was in RP, I saw you within 3 Seconds say 3 Words "Get out, Get out, Get out" to one individual which was unresponsive he was a good RPer all those there liked him. You decided to shoot him when he was clearly in his head. Okay lets say you were right for that lets look at other situations moments after, you yell at the Kaisergarde and Millitary command staff to get out of the ICC you didnt shoot them because they said okay were chill and so on to deescalate fine, as you're in the midst of Shooting others The Staff Moderator Agustus steps in to say in simple words " Dont do that" that Staff member gave you a chance to be carefull as we dont want to ban you or kick you from the server but there was ample amount of time to fix your mistakes. Then Comes the Issue of when the a sizeble contigent of Millitary officers and their Soldiers aproach you watching you gun down, LAPO allowed in by a Major+ along side the KG and the one the KG was guarding, those Officers aproached you specifficaly because you gunned down at minimum 3 members 2 of them being Millitary members you didn't give them a chance you clearly tried to get around the Warning rule of telling someone to get out or back by saying it really quickly with in 2 seconds and then shooting them not arresting them shooting them for nothing. Those officers aproached they asked why you shoot them and you started a blabber of Accusations of having no Backbones, no capability to lead and blatant insults not to their Competance but to the player themselfs which fine it can be in RP and I dont blame you for that but because of your inability to adress and officer they ordered your arrest for shooting millitary members, and clearly Incompetance you thus around 10 or more people pull out your gun and shoot them all, which its your character and your choices but they have consequences which you must understand and aknowoledged and thus led to your death. After that, those KG and Millitary go to the Airfield to detain you because you were blatantly from their perspective acting as a Minge and a troll, you start to shoot at them before they have even raised their guns initiating another gun fight without RP and no reason because you wouln't remmember what happend due to your death but you decided to shoot none the less. Which then I decided to take the PK ticket against you Do you know your own words " I Dont Care If I get Pked, I wont be banned " you have been playing this server for a long time you've gotten important positions and you need to be put in check you clearly disregarded the Rules, Disregarded the Player base's Honour and the Administrators of the server in which you play on, you showed a lack of acceptance of your Guilts and showed no remorse, Which I didnt act immidetialley to ban you, I said after the PK I will bring you to a sit so we can talk about the situation you had done which you agreed if I can recall. After that you logged off, Which fine you dont have to stay on for ever but it gave me time to ponder if you need a break from this server because the events of that day showed me you inabillity to change or maybe you dont wan't to conform to a server you're so important on, I respect you as a RPer but my duty to the Server and being Staff to ensure that all players atleast have some semblance of enjoyment on this server and RP is really important to me, along side the Rules of the Server which you've clearly disregarded. Now let's talk about your History Mical Jordin. I have seen many tickets 1 was RDM if not all of them against you, on your civy char to your current char to the Luftwaffe, I have almost begged you to change to ensure you follow the rules I even said one of the last time we spoke when it regarded a ticket against you, " Ensure you follow the rules " and so on I gave you mutiple if not far more chances any Admin of this server would have given a individual. I hoped you would have changed and I really did thats why I didnt ban you the last 3 tickets against you, You have important roles and thus vital to the Server in some what capacity I am a very lenient Staff member, I ensure I give you mutiple chances and I make sure you are worthy of a Ban or Ticket because the last thing I want is to ban a innocent man. By all rights you have the ability to enjoy yourself and ensure that you can find something that fits you, but Shooting people, Acting like a Minge to some extend I will allow but when it comes to ensuring that Punishment are Handed out just and Honestly, I will admit it is Harsh not because I dislike the person or they way they RP or the Rule they have broken, Its simple when you break my Faith or any other Staff members faith in you which takes a lot, It shows you are unable to change or unwilling. I I have given many MANY chances for you to change but you seem to not want to, By all rights you can have fun and mess around and excuse me for putting "Fearp " on your ban I had thought I had removed it but it did not. I will say this, I respect the contribution you give the server but I certainly do not respect you for the Dishonour, the Harsh words and actions you bring to those people you are meant to enjoy this server on, and some actions simply cannot be overlooked. I was tempted to give you a minimum of 1 Week, But I have thought it was to harsh, to unjust and lowered to 5 days, because you dont want to change and I hope you do find it in your self to better yourself as clear disregard of the Server Rules and its Administrators will not be tolerated. I completly agree man, when I first started I was used to Star wars RP and mafia which if you play on those other from star wars most servers seem to have in kinderwords something up in their venus and do not help you at all. This is why even years later I come back to this server, and even become staff on it just because the interactions not only are serious and fun but unique and offer a chance to actually get to know the player.

+1 There is a lot of faction rivalry and a large gap in the civilian sector for someone to step in, It would be interesting that somekind of crime org is made that isnt people with 1 brain cells shooting everyone up but actually and hopefully is coherent in their Larp

1+ I can beleive that the RPM limit was raised, its just when you look at the other sliders you need those put up so it can actually reach lets say 200,000 RPM [Even with the sliders maxed from my experience they never reach 200k. just remove it as a whole tbh

-1 Its only a 3 day ban by the time this gets appealed you'd have already been unbanned, just accept the fact that you shoulnt name your characters like kanye west or really any real people and it can be goofy just atleast make it creative and somewhat friendly for the time period. seems like no harm no foul so just take this as a warning tbh
