This is a very fair question, hope i can answer it in a fair manner. I believe that while it doesnt take away from the fact i've had NUMEROUS repeated bans of the same reason, I believe that hate is baggage. I hope that my time spent since banned (close to 2 years, otherwise 20 months) will speak to the time i've had to think about how utterly stupid my constant repeat offenses, thats why i have no problem being on a one strike system, if i commit any offense related i have no problem with being put back on the permenant ban. Very valid question, i understand that 8 bans all for the same reason is unnacceptable.

I was banned on January 2nd 2024, so close to 20 months. This does not undermine the severity of my actions, I fully understand that my prior constant bans, often overlapping, is nothing but a bad look. I believe I appealed around april of this year, and I would like to personally apologize to @Garyfor my actions towards him when I was banned in January of 24. I understand my record does not show much towards a fresh start, but I would like another chance to play this server. I remember fondly my time in NSB and GSP, It would be great to come back and meet my friends again. I understand and am completley fine with being under a thing ice one strike policy. Regardless of the result, I am grateful to have the chance to have my voice heard at this time. I was immature and did not understand the ramifications of my actions. Since then I have grown, and through playing other servers I realize every other 1942 RP server except for prometheus is terrible. I genuinley want to make an effort to roleplay and rebuild the connections I had before and want to particpate in the community as an active member. I am aware of my priors, and I know that when I say i am sincerley sorry, you have no basis to trust me, but I am willing to forefit any veichle/gun privliges to show my commitment to roleplay.
