Hello, I was your banning staff member. I struggle to remember the entire situation as it happened some time ago now, I recall speaking to you before the situation in the LAPO station about something to do with trolling, but you then proceeded to troll and even worse MRDM in the LAPO station. I had a huge amount of tickets come through about RDM and to my surprise it was you. It is irrelevant that the player pop was low, as there’s trolling and then there’s taking it to a whole new rule guideline. You had just got off a permanent ban for trolling if I recall correctly. this ban was extended because of your extensive history of offences. Thank you for your apology, this will be discussed. Vivid.

+1 Great guy. %100 would be a great addition to the team!

Hello, As you know, you were recently unbanned from a permanent ban for RDM. You were unbanned on Sunday, and by Wednesday you repeated the same behavior. Not only did you RDM again, but you committed MRDM across the entire LAPD station. Earlier that day, we had already spoken to you in a staff sit regarding a separate RDM situation. The only reason you were not banned on the spot at that time was because the other player also engaged in revenge RDM. You were given the benefit of the doubt and a clear warning. Despite that, you continued to RDM afterward.

If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have received three bans on my time in the server My bans are for LTAP I have not been banned in a year also and one ban was for something I said that was not fair to Hounds Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I’ve had a fair bit of staff experience across different servers and games. I started out in Garry’s Mod and worked my way from Trial Moderator up to Community Manager on three servers. That’s where I learned how to handle player reports, deal with arguments, and work properly with other staff without things getting messy. After that I moved to FiveM, starting again as a Moderator and later becoming an Admin. I also did some development work on a few servers, which helped me understand how servers run, how exploits work, and how cheaters try to get around systems. Because of that, I was usually good at spotting and dealing with rule-breakers quickly and calmly.I’ve also had a previous term on Prom. I did make a mistake during that time, but I owned it and learned from it fast. It helped me understand what’s expected from staff and how important it is to follow procedures and act professionally.I also moderated a PvE Rust server, but there wasn’t much going on there so it didn’t really feel like proper staff work. I’m looking for a server where I can actually be active, help players, and contribute to the staff team properly. I understand that some of that is off topic but all of it is in a similar bract as in VDM and all that Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a strong addition to the Prometheus Network Staff Team because I’ve been part of the server for a long time and know the community well. Over time I’ve built good relationships with a lot of players, especially in Berlin, which helps when dealing with issues because people are more willing to talk and cooperate. At the same time, I’m comfortable handling situations with players I don’t know and always treat everyone fairly. I’m a calm and patient person, even in tense situations. If someone is being rude or upset, I don’t let it affect how I act. My main goal is always to resolve the situation properly and professionally. If a player is confused about rules or what they should be doing, I take the time to explain it clearly so they actually understand, instead of just giving short answers. I’ve had previous staff experience, so I already understand what is expected from a staff member and how important professionalism is. Because of that, I believe I would need very little training and could start helping the team straight away. I’m also very active on the server and play across both EU and EST time zones. Since I’m mainly in the EU time zone, I can help cover tickets during quieter hours when the server isn’t at its peak. That means there will still be staff available even when fewer staff members are online, which I think is important for keeping the server running smoothly and supporting players at all times. I’m genuinely interested in learning more about the staff role and improving my knowledge of the server rules. I’ve had positive interactions with most of the current staff team and think I’d work well with them, as we all share the same goal of keeping the community fair and enjoyable. I also understand that upper administration decisions are final and that respecting the staff hierarchy is important. I’m willing to follow instructions, respect higher staff members, and represent Prometheus Network in a mature and responsible way. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: In my opinion, the main responsibility of a Moderator is to keep the server fair and enjoyable for everyone. Staff are important because they make sure rules are followed, problems are dealt with properly, and players feel supported while they’re on the server. Without active staff, things would quickly get messy and the quality of roleplay would drop. A Moderator’s job includes responding to tickets, looking into reports like RDM, VDM, fail roleplay, or other rule breaks, and taking action based on what actually happened. It’s important to stay neutral and not let friendships or personal opinions affect decisions. Another big part of the role is dealing with conflicts between players. This means listening to both sides, staying calm, and explaining decisions in a clear way so players understand what they did wrong and how to improve. Helping new players is also important, whether that’s explaining rules, mechanics, or how roleplay works on the server. Moderators also need to watch general behaviour, like mic spamming, harassment, or people trying to push the rules. Even in difficult situations, staff should stay respectful and professional, since they represent the server. Overall, the role is about supporting the community and keeping the server a good place to play. Notes: Thank you for reading

Hi Slug, Yes, absolutely. I chose to leave that out because, in hindsight, I find it immature and embarrassing on my behalf. I was having a very difficult day at the time, but that does not excuse speaking to people in that manner. I began my time with you and later moved on to gain additional experience. Along the way, I learned from my mistakes and have grown significantly since then. My behavior in that instance was a poor decision on my part, and I take full responsibility for it. I can confidently say that I have matured both personally and professionally since that time, and I am a much better person because of those lessons.

Sadly I was out of city for a little bit sorting out my old development roles (that I have now quit) and have fully returned to our lovely server. I also have spent most of my time working with the general of the LAPO as his major helping it grow
