Maybe this would've been more fitting as an apology than a dispute, but my only intention was to protect my VIP.

I have acknowledged that what I did was stupid and that the situation COULD'VE been handled better. I acted on impulse, influenced by the fact that it's a family member he tied up and that the former CDKK has repeatedly told his guard group that he wants the CDBK gone. I only ask for some decency, as it was a mistake that should have been handled better.

I understand this and admit it might have been an overreaction and that I could have handled the situation better, but at the time, I felt this was appropriate, and by the time I realized what I had done, it was already too late. I do not ask for much, only a reduction in my ban time or a Perma-Kill on my character, as what I did was stupid, but not worthy of a year-long ban.

I dont want this to be a argument but it would be appreciated if you could lower the ban time or just revoke the ban fully. I understand the thing I did in OOC isn't appreciated but a 3 day ban for something that was said in OOC instead of IC and that I wasn't told to stop before I was issued a punishment gives me even more beliefs that a 3 day ban was not needed and could've been a mute/oocban instead OR a lower ban time as other people were given a 1 day ban.

Parzival you must've got me mixed up with someone else. I never said "I want a goth mommy to crush me between her thighs" that was alice who was also banned. And I don't remember saying "What is your guys opinion on nazis" yet it was pretty late when I was banned so my brain wasn't working to its fullest. I only remember me saying major major a couple of times but 3 days for that is a bit extreme especially with a unprofessional ban reason. I still feel like a mute or a oocban would've been more fit for that.

Me killing my friend was a accident and clearly crossfire. And if you wouldve brought me into a sit and told me to switch characters back to CONTINUE the roleplay I wouldve been fine, or atleast told me to void that scenario.

First of all we didnt punch you for no reason, we gave you over 5 warnings to leave the establishment as it is private property and you were basically trespassing. We also tried getting the police involved instead of punching you but they didnt respond. So we punched you because YOU were TRESSPASSING which then you gunned us down in our own store. And the person you tried arresting is well known by a few from his past and words get out quickly, I was told since he is my friend that hes being arrested (not metagaming as i was informed by someone) so I tried helping him. AND if i didnt kill you or acted quickly I wouldve got gunned down for being in the MOI in the first place.

And also in your reply you stated that i shot multiple other people which the log shows I didnt and only killed you and the other dude. And also my appeal stated I did have a reason.
