When you had reached out to originally, I had clarified that obviously in the nature of our roleplay server that people can have a vendetta against you. Meaning also they will probably try to kill you. The PK-Hunting guideline means more so people interested purely in killing people rather then the roleplay involved behind it. Ex. A Generalmajor of the Feld requesting PK's on every grenadier that does not salute, or requesting PK's on NSB simply enforcing warrants. This appeal is mostly just filled with ruleplay then rather actual common sense, who in their right mind runs when being surrounded and having their arrest ordered? There was a lack of regard for your life which is of course fine most of the time but don't be surprised when you die for it. Additionally, I see members of the Interior in the Reichstag lobby so you were deliberately trying to run to them to hide behind them. You took a risk, you died. What I am of course not a fan of is Saito immediately shooting after saying "okay don't move" however as I said before, you were running to your fellow Interior members. I don't see any lack of fail rp and nothing else is really off about this clip then the warning time that was given. I spoke to the staff member involved, this PK is reversed. No OOC on-mic should ever be occurring in cases of character deaths or in cases of . However - if you pull a gun like that again while clearly outnumbered, but just pure and blatant disregard for your life by simply saying one word then shooting is going to result in a higher sentence then you being PKed. Accepted, your PK is reversed. The situation in roleplay will still stand, you were simply knocked unconscious. Thank you for appealing.

You started opening fire into the crowd, you were shot, you died. That is how an initiation of a gunfight goes. You were ordered to arrest and remove the KG, not open fire into the crowd.

In regards to that, Last Resort doesn't mean a checklist that we as UA go down everytime someone tries to apply for a PK. Court does not always need to apply in PK's. What we moreso look at is if there's causation and correlation. Causation is applied in the case of there is multiple instances of effort by the requesting party, which was done. Correlation is applied where there are connections between you ratting and you putting the requesting party in danger. I understand you are upset that you are dead and that you could've done more, but that is the gameplay loop. You play the game and you sometimes die. I wish you the best in your future efforts.

+1 I have throughly enjoyed interacting with these guys over the past couple of days, I would just recommend having better control over the actions of your people but you seem to all be having fun.

What are you talking about with the Generalmajor losing a gunfight? I am genuinely confused at what you want me to address. I pushed you back from the door, I then went back to the door and stood on it. You then wait a few moments, take out your gun, and pop me in the head. You then were immediately gunned down. This is where the Generalmajor died, I just spoke to the person with me and he was holding the room after I was literally murdered outside. How would the Generalmajor be initiating anything when you were the person who shot? He stood by and let things happen because he was going to speak to us. You are now also accusing me of being negligent of the rules when I say things like ruleplay. What is also prioritized is making something fun. What is not fun is being immediately mowed down by someone because I hit them. If you were shoved on the street one day, would you immediately take out your firearm and shoot them 20 times to the chest? If you see a police officer push you out of the way while making an arrest, is that immediate justification to shoot them? It's roleplay, and you decided to roleplay being a mutt and shooting anybody that causes them issues. Entirely in your ability to do so as a character, but when you were shot dead for it don't be surprised when you die. Just as if I were to initiate a gunfight, I would be PK'ed. What I am annoyed about is that you are consistently arguing this PK based on moot points. Yes, you were frozen in the air then PK'ed. That is not how the treatment should be and I have already apologized: But again, this does not invalidate the status of your PK and as I stated if you have issues appeal on the forums. You addressed one point in the multiple I provided, metagame is the least of your concerns regarding the PK. I had no knowledge of if you did or didn't metagame because the situation was entirely separate from your discord. You're more then welcome to interact in situations around you, I have never contested that point. But initiation is under different clauses. You state that as soon as I do damage to you, I am initiating a gunfight. That is inherently ruleplay. For example: I am a civilian and I run up to you, spit on you, punch you and stare at you. By your logic, I just initiated a gunfight because I punched you and you request a PK. There is no roleplay involving you arresting me, there is no you going "what the fuck is wrong with you?" You think: okay, he hit me, time to shoot! Seemingly a commonplace problem nowadays, but regardless you are more then welcome to open fire. The issue is of course that you died, therefore you don't wake up. Womp womp. About your other points: 1. You're watching the stream of the situation actively happening, that you were right there for. That is inherently metagame, if you are going to do that don't sit in a VC with the entire Army high command and various other persons. Kieran should know better to not do that as well. 2. I am roleplaying something, I tied up a random person and I state I'm MGD so I don't get harassed by people and I can bullshit my way out of something. Me declaring I am something is not powergame, what would be powergame would be me flashing a valid MGD badge and stating that I am MGD when I would've had no access to that material. Hi, so I genuinely don't know if you are slow or if you have a crater the size of mars on the back of your head. So, regardless of the fact of you blatantly metgaming (watching the stream of the situation) and your crosshair (something that you would only get from a certain client) you also cut out about 2-3 minutes of context. You were following us among other people and I had told them to get back. I had gun bashed when they didn't listen and eventually they pulled back. I am not gun bashing you to kill you, but you took it that way. That's fine and you're entirely in your right to take it that way, but you got immediately gunned down by your own guys. I also don't understand how someone saying "he won't wake up" also effects the validity of your PK. You tried entering the office, you were pushed back, you shot first, you died, the end. All the other people around me were not getting involved and or telling them to leave us alone, you acted alone and died alone. I don't like PK'ing people while I am on an alt character and actively avoid it, but this whole interaction with you lacked any roleplay whatsoever from your part on the account that you're talking like a black guy born in Harlem. I do apologize for handling your PK in a quick way, but you can understand the frustration of having anything you do result in you being immediately shot. I stand by your PK being entirely valid while lacking some formality.

Hi, as I had explained to you in the Armed Forces discord I had PK'ed you based on the merit that you had talked behind my back. You are someone that I personally hired into an Intelligence faction and your actions directly reflect back on me. I hold anyone I personally hire into a faction to a higher metric due to what I am in my IC role. Additionally, it's been made clear to me by my superiors that the attitude of the Armed Forces needs to change. I thought you would make a good example and that is why I had requested a PK on you. I understand that you feel as though that there is "no proof" but you are an Enlisted and I am the Deputy-Chief of the Armed Forces and I had, LITERALLY, as soon as I walked away you two laughing between eachother and talking behind my back. So my argument is based off this: 1. I ensure the discipline of the Armed Forces, 2. I've been directly told to start fixing the Armed Forces acting like morons, 3. I hired you directly into an intelligence faction. My reply will be the same for you friend, I wish you the best of luck on a new character.

What apart of my interaction with you was relevant? I said I was speaking to you? What does my Roleplay interaction have to do with you deciding to LTARP? I mean this whole paragraph is representative of why you shouldn't be given a reduction, and rather an extension. I also never accused you of saying that you mistakenly LTAP'ed, I don't know where you got that. You also have a one day long ban for LTARP, so yes you have PO's. I highly encourage you take the ban and have a couple weeks off. This will be my last response.
