Explain why you were PK'd: I was Just Walking and talking with my friend then we stopped with the kg I was smoking at the same time and talking with them and then they started to point guns and tried tying me and my friend out of no where not saying you are being arrested or detained then i tried running away and i was just shot without no warning or order to stop running/walking away and not informing that i was being arrested or being kidnapped.
Why should you be un-PK'd?: There was a lack of information on what was going on and this is more like i was rdmed.
