I have experience within garrys mod, on a Star Wars roleplay server, being a moderator, as well as part of a game master team that helped plan Server Wide events. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I should be picked for the Prometheus staff team because of multiple different reasons. Firstly, I have been a part of the community for a decent bit of time now, I believe I am a respected individual and can bring good values to the team. Next, my past roleplay experience being over 6 years, through multiple different games, including Garry's Mod, and FiveM. Being staff on both helped me gain a great experience, with not only learning how to control situations, but also how to communicate with the individuals being accused and attempt to understand the situation at a high level. Next, I believe I should be picked due to the ideas, and new implementations that I could recommend in regarding to for example, server wide events. Furthermore, I believe in fairness, and un-bias situations. I believe that myself as an individual can help control these situations and avoid any conflicts in terms of bias, or possible an unfairly ruling, personally myself, I don't look at friend ships or hypotheticals in situations, right or wrong, is normally the only option, unless both individuals committed a rule break. Next, I have over 2500 hours on Garry's Mod, I believe that not only with my past experience as being a staff member, but also my experience within the game, can help newer players not only enjoy the server, but also stay around, and become a valued member of the community, whether that just included them needing to learn how to use a Phys Gun, or how to place props, I believe that my experience within the game can help them do this, and I strongly believe that even the littlest of things can make someone's mood change, and possible stay within the server for a great deal of time. Lastly, but not least, I believe that with my being staff, it will not only grow my relations with the other staff members, but also other members of the community, and I believe that with this, I can help recruit new members to the staff team and assure that what I do, is at the highest level, so I can only hope to a grow a piece of the staff team to the best of my ability. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: I believe my duties as a staff member are multiple different things. The first being an enforcer of the rules and assuring that they are held to the highest standard. Nextly I believe that coming with the enforcement of the rules, requires a person who has an understanding of them to assure that they are not misinterpreted and to avoid wrongful bans and kicks, as well as someone who can communicate to the individual accused correctly. Furthermore, I believe a staff member should be actively taking tickets, to assuring the other members of the community are taken care of in a timely manner, to ensure the roleplay within the server keeps active, and there is not a lot of down time. Last but not least, I believe all members of the staff team, should be held to a standard different than others, are there always times for jokes yes, but I believe one of the responsibilities for being a staff member includes being held to a different standard then other members of the community. I understand what your saying between a vandetta, and pk hunting, which I can respect completely, does that not consitute as revenge rp, which is what I thought wasnt allowed? Not only that, but I also feel that it wouldnt be ruleplay. You can see in the video, he jumped right to shooting me rather than other ways to detain or arrest me. When anyone in those situations end up attempting the same thing when not given direct orders. Through the entire alloted time, I was never given a direct order to stop, other than the one that was given right before I was shot. Someone ordering there men to detain me, dosent mean I have to oblige until I am ordered to stop, or to not move, which neither happened until milliseconds before I was gunned down.

Fear RP also states to take context of the situation into count, not only was I not shot at a last resort, but also I could have easily interpreted it as kidnapping, due to the man there already attempted to get me killed before, and failed.

I see your point, but if you see with what I originally posted, the fear rp guidelines go against shooting someone after only 1 warning, which I wasnt even given to stop, right directly before I was gunned down.

Just kinda wanted to let you know somethings that may have not been transponded. I didn’t desert from the military, I was court ordered transferred out for my safety, because of this exact reason. I also wanted to note, It makes absolutely 0 sense why would a person attempt to have someone killed twice, but want them in your branch, and the only reason I would see is to start problems and mess with me. Whether you want to label it as pk hunting, or just straight revenge rp, it all falls down the same shoe. I also see you say that this isn’t a rule play server, that is the case but the role play still has to be kept within the rules, it is obvious i was given one warning and then shot, and the rules specifically go against that.

A man pulled a gun on me when attempting to detain me, and gave me 1 single warning to stop, and the warning was given right before I was killed. I believe that under the pk guidelines it dosent significantly meet the required standards. I also feel that this wasnt used as a last resort in this instance. I also believe that the player who attempted to get me pked was pk hunting me showing he attempted to get me killed twice now in 2 days. When the warrant that was written was false, and already given valid evidence for it. In this situation, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you must give them adequate time to react. When in game, you are actively a part of the roleplay, and therefore you must also be actively aware of your environment as well. Any excuses such as “I couldn’t hear them because my headset was turned off” will not be permitted. Outside elements of the game cannot be used as an excuse to avoid FearRP or being PK’d (i.e. being AFK). Purposefully subjecting someone into a situation which puts them under valid PK guidelines. I would also like to note this same individual has been purposefully subjecting me into situations over the past 2 days, consistently trying to get me killed.
