+1 I honestly think this is a great idea considering i cant even use most of the banners or in game items. i do only have flags though so when i purchase vip i might get more stuff, we'll see.

I also want to be a huge help with tickets, I understand that it sucks to wait forever for tickets so i want to be extremely fast with tickets and get to everyone who i can as quick as possible. I also cant stress enough how much i want a more enjoyable roleplaying experience. I want to help create a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone on the server by enforcing rules properly and respectfully. I believe good staff should communicate clearly, stay calm in difficult situations, and always prioritize roleplay quality and player enjoyment above everything else. [150 Words or more]: the duties and responsibilities of the position i am applying for are mainly about helping keep the server fun fair and enjoyable for everyone as a staff member i would be responsible for answering tickets quickly listening to players and handling situations calmly and respectfully this includes dealing with rule breakers minges and trolls while making sure decisions are fair and based on evidence i believe it is important to explain rules instead of just punishing people especially newer players who may not fully understand them yet being staff also means working closely with the rest of the team supporting each other and stepping in when situations start to get out of hand i would always avoid abusing staff powers and focus on improving roleplay quality overall my goal would be to help create a welcoming environment where players can relax roleplay and enjoy their time on the server without unnecessary issues. dont take this as negativity but i just got out of a perma ban and this rdm on its own isnt that bad, honestly you could wait out the ban but you also rdm'd in a sit. my advice add more and make it seem genuine.

I used to be apart of the kreigsmarine and got on in like June after almost half a year of inactivity and there were no others then someone pulled me with a physgun and gave me a option of what I wanted to change to and it hasn't come across my mind to ask recently so did they like just get flat out removed because there isn't a purpose or?
