I, as well as several Feldjagers, ran and drove down the road beside Lester's cigar shop, whilst LAPO were shooting at us with MP40's. While they were shooting at us, I escaped into an alleyway with a broken leg, and only a sliver of health left, I started applying a splint so I could continue running. At this time, I was out of line of sight with the LAPO, and I believed them to be much farther down the road, still firing at the Feld. I walked further into the alley, gun drawn still applying the splint, at which point a LAPO officer rounded the corner from behind the warehouse and shot me. I respawned in the ICC to see a LAPO and NSB talking to an Oberst, whom they apparently saw raid the LAPO station and then run all the way back to the ICC. I said "And do you have any proof?" directed towards the LAPO member, at which point he threatened to, I believe his words were "if you keep talking Ill have to remember what you did at the warehouse." After he said that he shot at the Oberst, I said "So you attempted to kill an Oberst??" At which point he said I was going to be taken into a sit, and I was. In the sit, I asked to be shown a clip or any evidence of what I did wrong, which was ignored, and I was just told to appeal. I don't believe I started the gunfight, and I meant no disrespect to you, Whoreson, I didn't know that Landespolitzei was you. I genuinley did not fire my weapon first, I have a clip of the first shot fired in that entire interaction, and it was either LAPO or Feld. I understand it might be a little weird of a situation, but yall chuds REALLY couldnt make a reply in over two days?

I don't mean to be impatient, but if you able to can I get a reply sometime soon?

Also, ill add that it can take sometimes around 10 minutes to connect to the server, at which point they would have certainly left the area

At the time I left the server, it was already past the time I would have had lunch, and I was going to get off to do that right after seeing what the LAPO infront of the ICC wanted (that being my arrest). I didnt rejoin immediately because I didnt want to be held up for another possible hour for my arrest to be proccessed and end up skipping lunch

RANDY How long is your ban for?: Three Days Why were you banned?: LTARP, I ALT F4'd while being arrested Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: At the time I left I was already in cuffs and about to be put in a cell, and I was slowly walking (holding alt) as to annoy the people dragging me. As they opened up my inventory, I tried to go into first person so I could see the descriptions of the LAPO. The buttons for slow walking (alt) and changing perspective (F4) are also the keybind for closing the current application. Im not denying that I knew ALT F4 was a shortcut for that, but that I simply wasn't paying attention to the fact I was still slow walking. Additional Information:

I was unaware, at the time of making the advertisement, that I could be killed for that, much less pk'd, and when Rose tried to inform me of this I just thought the man detaining me was lying to me. I understand now that advertising while in cuffs IS something that can result in a pk, but I was didn't know at the time, I assumed you could only be pk'd for starting gunfights or if you broke some major law and got caught.

I believed that the LOOC was the man detaining me, and because of that I didnt believe him, I thought that pks could only happen from IC events involving death. As to why I was trying to flee, no guns were pointed at me in that process, so I fail to see how that was not valuing my life. If I didnt value my life, then why was I actively trying to not be killed?

Being in the KG base was not why I was detained, he said it was because I said something about the Kaiser.
