Hello, There was a large group of military personnel marching out of the ICC side gate in a single-file line. As they were making their way toward the church, you drove your vehicle directly into the formation. You already have a lengthy list of prior offenses, including a previous ban for MVDM. You claimed that you did not see the soldiers; however, if that were true, why were you driving at such a high speed toward a large wall where the group was clearly visible? That explanation does not make sense to me. Based on the evidence and your prior history, I found the action to be reckless and so I gave you a 5 day ban.

Hello, I was the admin who PK'd you. The Army was raiding the Lapo Station. After they eliminated all of the Lapo officers, they moved to detain everyone at the spawn area. They instructed you multiple times to stop moving and comply, but you continued to ignore their commands. You were killed approximately 4–5 times, and I gave you several opportunities to comply and avoid being PK'd. However, you repeatedly broke FearRP by refusing to surrender, so I PKed you. Additionally, staff member Gregorius informed everyone in the room that anyone who failed to comply would be PK'd. You were clearly warned beforehand, but you chose to continue refusing to comply despite those warnings.

Ok, then why were you clicking F8? That does nothing at all. You were being arrested. You went from clicking "WASD" to clicking F8? That does not make sense to me at all.

I was there during the incident. As members of the NSB were leaving the front of the ICC gate, you shouted, "Fuck the MOI." Following that, Major Whoreson ordered your arrest. Multiple members of the army, including myself, had our weapons drawn, and we moved to detain you. We attempted to block your path so that you could be restrained. The moment you were no longer able to move freely, you disconnected from the server. I do not believe the claim that you were simply "clicking buttons on your keyboard," as that explanation does not make sense. Additionally, the logs state "Disconnect by User," which indicates that you voluntarily left the server. There is no evidence suggesting that you crashed or timed out due to lag.
