I understand your interpretation of the incident, and I have already weighed my decisions on the scale of right and wrong. I've learned from the mistakes I've made throughout the entire situation, and this infraction definitely won't be made again. I again profusely apologize, and I want to convey my wish to get back into the roleplay sooner rather than later.

My name is Yegorkin, and earlier this afternoon I was on my Feldjäger Gefreiter character and was en route to a situation between the MOI and the military, followed by multiple military members heading towards a checkpoint set up on a bridge down the street from the MOI. I was immediately thrown into an environment of high tension, in which multiple members of both factions were attempting to shout at each other with the end goal of getting a singular point across. As soon as I arrived, I was met with a wall of confusion, and I didn't pay much attention to the left side of the bridge checkpoint, since there were much larger groups of people with guns on safety that I should pay attention to. Whilst in first person I was surveying the situation on the right side of the bridge when all of a sudden, I heard a click. This click was the sound of a gun switching its firing mode, and that immediately caused a startle in me, and I turned towards the general direction of said clicking noise. Turns out that noise came from the gun belonging to a member of the MOI, a Landespolizei member. I was met with a Thompson drawn on the member of the military to the left of me. Doing what most people would do, I panicked and clicked once to un-safety my weapon; in doing so, I hoped that would discourage the Landespolizei member from firing at us. As soon as I went through with said action, we were met with even more outrage from the MOI. This undoubtedly caused me to get pushed over the edge of control, and I let my trigger finger press down on the left mouse button. One Landespolizei member was shot dead when I opened my eyes after a blink. I had initiated something that had affected the roleplay of others. I was left dead alongside my fellow Prometheus members and therefore had caused a disturbance that was unacceptable. I wish to display my apology for all to see on this forum to prove that I am sincere and in no way wanted to cause such a scene and waste MomsMom's time. He was understandably upset and called me a retard for good reason, and I am willing to accept that, for I have done something severely idiotic. I, however, find it hard to accept that I will most likely only be allowed back onto the server once the MITHC update rolls out, and I wish to spend as much time on my characters that are bound to die soon in an attempt to prove myself to others while I still have the chance. Additional Information: Not even 10-20 minutes before this event in which I had disrupted, there was massive unrest within the military and in which multiple regiments were all fighting for power in the bb, causing the mass detainment of the Naval garrison, the demotion, and arrest of an officer, etc. These prior encounters with me further enhanced the stress levels I was feeling and caused my rash decisions.

The logs would have also shown their sharpshooter killing me before, which initiated this entire misunderstanding.

To clarify, I killed one other person besides that one guy because I heard him unholster his weapon, and he ran around the corner while I was waiting for the other guy so I got startled and thought it was the one who was killing me before, my mouse might've moved or something but I remember going behind a statue in the main BB office up the stairs and leaving to shower. I had no idea he was going to report me; I thought I was playing along, and if I'd known he was going to do so, I would've stayed for the sit. I apologize for making you wait that long, but I still feel like I was misled by him, and he got the better of me.

Picture this: you are playing on this usually populated server while it is empty and devoid of activity besides three other military members. What do you decide to do? Well, of course, you decide to stick with them to find some entertainment while you wait for the server to gain traction again. They ask you if you want to try out for their sharpshooting sub-division of some sort, so you do so, and they say you are not up to their standards. Well, you say okay and go about your day, walking around doing nothing, finally, something happens! Two/one of those three shoots at me and kills me, including their own sharpshooter buddy! Fancy meeting you here, other sharpshooter. Wait, why are you punching me? I guess we can have a punch-out. You win and walk around until you walk into the vicinity of the BB, and you get shot and killed again. Well, they must be confusing me for someone else. You go ahead and ignore it until I walk past the BB and get shot again. Well, that has to mean that they want to pvp, so let me play along. You proceed to purchase yourself a new FG LMG to have some fun with this newfound opposition, and what do you know, you're pretty good at close-quarters combat, so you manage to get two of them without much of a struggle. After this firefight, you decide to go afk to take a shower after having some entertainment in an attempt to fast-track the waiting period for the population to increase. Apparently, they didn't like it when you did the shooting, so they most likely reported you to the admin, and you are afk and unable to defend yourself. When you put yourself into my shoes, do you feel as if you've been wronged? Well, you probably do, and so do I. I just wanted a chance to explain myself and reason with another like-minded individual. Additional Information: I am not much of a rulebreaker. I have only had like two other notes in the past because I followed the orders of my superiors and was told after doing so that it was RDM. I was also told by my luftwaffe officer that if I was active for today tomorrow I would get the chance to be awarded something in a ceremony, that award if it were to be awarded to me, would be my first commendation/medal I would ever recieve on this server after playing for so long, I just feel really bummed out and I wish It hadn't played out like this because I thought I had really found me some friends in the military besides my luftwaffe buddies. They were also pretty friendly to me and joking around, so I didn't expect them to turn around and do that to me, even though I hadn't caused much of a disturbance. This may not be entirely accurate since I took a hot shower and lowkey forgot the specifics, but this should be fairly accurate, and I apologize if by making you read this I wasted your time.
