-1 You initiated a gunfight and lost. As a police officer you are expected to respond with the appropriate level of force. Typically in this scenario you are expected to roleplay it out by ramming his car until its essentially immobile and putting him at gunpoint. Nobody was run over, yet you made the decision to get out of the car and shoot at a military officer. I personally do not see how this is a PK bait either. All he does is he rams your car. This was a scenario where calling for backup and cornering the car would've been more than possible, resulting in their detention without having to PK anyone. You were rammed by a military officer whilst in a car and you took a risk despite having the option to apprehend the vehicle and arrest both men (could literally just exit the vehicle and point at both passengers and that would be FearRP, you have the numbers to do so), and lost your life as a result of that risk.

- 1 I do not see how this will benefit the server in any capacity. Black PM's only exist in the form of jumpsuit models & Female PM's are similarly limited to dresses. Furthermore, the problem doesn't just come from the person playing with these PM's, but from other people being minges and edgelords. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that there are nasty people that will try and groom Female PM larpers, and similarly, players that will stereotype and hurl racial slurs at Black PM larpers, both of which has happened before. To add on, what jobs / occupations can a person with these PM's hold? Outside of CivRP, they're practically useless. And do not get me started on the idea of using Female PM's solely for paperwork related jobs. We have femboys for that exact reason. 90% of female secretary larpers back in the day were OOCly dating the guy they were a secretary to.

Hello, and thank you for submitting this PK appeal. I’m the individual who made the ticket that led to your PK. To provide some context: you were near the Landespolizei station during a civil war where everyone was shooting at eachother. At the time, you weren’t displaying any hostility nor were you carrying a weapon, so rather than shooting you down, we opted to arrest you as a less severe response. You were clearly instructed to stop moving and warned that any reckless actions could result in your death. Despite this, you chose to draw your MP40 and attempt to engage us, which led to you being swiftly gunned down by an Unterfeldwebel from the KG. Even if you believed the arrest was unwarranted (which, to be clear, it wasn’t), FearRP still applies. In the given situation, there was no reasonable scenario in which the risk you took would be in compliance with FearRP rules. Please take the time to thoroughly read the server rules and PK guidelines to avoid losing your character to situations like this in the future. Unfortunately, I don’t have the clip myself, as the KG member who killed you was the one who recorded it. Layheeee should also have the footage and may be able to provide it.

Hello again. First off, while yes, I could've asked for a "time out", the conditions which I was put in, especially given how "aggressive" you were when it came to asking me questions, made me panicky. People handle panic in different kinds of ways; sometimes they're not in the proper state of mind to take the appropriate steps to gain bearing and allow themselves to "catch their head". I felt like if you had acted more impartial and allowed for both sides to properly explain their side of the story instead of barraging me with questions and concluding that, roughly but not quoting you "you're lying to a staff member and won't admit", I would've felt comfortable and more clear-minded to where I would be able to properly convey my side of the story in full detail and get it resolved. It would take a person three seconds logically to pull their MP40 out and adjust their mouse to aim at the civvy before firing, I don't pull the MP40 out and immediately start firing because A) that's stupid B) I waste bullets and C) a stray bullet would've also hit any nearby bystanders and I would've likely been in the sit room for roughly the same reason. Unfortunately I wasn't able to clip the incident particularly because at the time I didn't think it was going to matter. Usually when someone gets accidentally RDM'd and takes it to a sit the situation gets resolved in the sit room and nothing comes out of it, both sides come to an understanding, the guy who killed him apologizes and that's that. Unfortunately, because, again, you were particularly focused on me and not acting fully impartial, I was unable to explain the full story and the kommissaranwarter was still in the assumption that I was lying and that I killed him because of what he did to me 30 minutes prior. I have since spoken to the kommissaranwarter in a 1 on 1 setting on Discord and we came to a resolution and he understands that though the circumstances were very fishy that I had no ill intent and it was simply just a really bad coincedence. Again, I don't think anyone acted out of malicious intent, rather a lack of communication and jumping to conclusions way too quick. I definitely could've avoided the situation by simply just arresting the civilian, however I also feel like the situation could've been resolved in the sit room with both sides coming to an understanding. I feel like a ban wasn't appropriate, and hope that should UA accept this ban appeal to either revoke the ban in its entirety or reduce my ban time and change the reasoning of the ban to just "RDM". I think I've definitely learnt from the mistakes I have made and will be more careful in regards to trigger discipline and to clip situations like this in the future so I can avoid situations like these again.
