I really do want to start over and truly apologize for my behavior it was unacceptable. I made a mistake by Powergaming and writing some guys signature on a document that I used to get him killed, that was a rough situation and I definitely deserved the ban from that and I want to apologize for that as well. I also was still in a server at the time that I had helped develop and that was reported hence my ban being extended to permanent. Additional Information: I played on Prometheus for roughly 2-3 years and It was a great time to come home from School and then Work to get on and RP as a Spy, that is what I miss. Being able to be a different person out of this time era, and getting into character. I enjoy seriously getting involved and doing stuff. In my time here before I was perma'd I played as the Head of Military Intelligence for like 4 months which was a really fun ark with Gator as my GFM, I played as the DRK President under Browniemeister, I made like a secret intelligence ring that stirred up alot with the military, it was very fun. But anyways as Prometheus transitions to MITHC I would like to be here for it, I bring solid RP and will always respect the rules of this server going forward. I understand if my appeal is denied, but I wanted to show that I’m wanting to come back with a better mindset and approach. Thank you for your time! Note: I will not be addressing the allegation of the weirdo that was posted and the lies that we're posted about me. I ran a 42RP server for roughly 2 months that inevitably failed and for that I was essentially slandered all to hell. To put these allegations to rest I will not be commenting on anything having to do with it, I don't mind the jokes but it does get annoying. It's now become a joke and I understand that but it just was not me, I have nothing to comment on about this allegation. So to answer the questions that I can already see you posting: Was that really you? Nope, it was some Indian retard freak not associated with me or any of my accounts whatsoever. Why is everyone talking about this? Because it's literally one of the most degenerate things someone can be accused of, and very easy to get on someone's nerves about. To conclude, I will not make remarks on this as that is what this note is for, I am here to make a ban appeal based on what I DID do. PS: Because I can see this being brought up also, yes I made a eugenics document while I was the head of the DRK (NOT EXECUTIONS; light eugenics that even Woodrow Wilson supported...). I guess the truth of that is that I live rent free in a group of trolls minds, i mean look at the views on this ban appeal alone, kinda crazy to actually have a cult following of trolls who find a random person on the internet and claim it to be me... on garry's mod and isnt that kind of sad and funny at the same time. Yeah for sure, you are 100% correct, so initially what happened was I was banned for powergaming for I think like 4 days, and so I still had a server panel bought (I paid for a year of it), so I loaded it up with myself and 2 of my friends to mess around on, we were like flinging cars and being stupid on it. The reality of 42rp these days is that another person really can't achieve the same thing prometheus has with Structure and just overall understanding how to suit a player base which yall nail fully. Was it stupid for me to invite a few of my friends to that server yes, did I then delete that and then make another server there after yes, and it failed. So I'll correct what I should have said, I apologize for making another server, after being banned. That was not a smart decision and I did not fully think out the outcome, and I can see how the initial server I made that I was banned for could have been seen as bad faith, and for that I apologize as well.

I understand, that was a mistake; I 100% apologize for, honestly I thought it would be kind of funny, but that was not the effect it had clearly.

Really, I would like the ability to come back and attempt to prove that I am improving, I have made some mistakes in the past for sure, and there's nothing I can change about that other than apologize. But I can change the future and if given another shot to come back and RP some more I will show that I have improved and will 100% do better going forward. Just before I was banned I was an NSB agent and I was working close with High Command and setting up various potential arrests in the future, and I really want to get back to doing that! I suppose I'm hoping that yall will look at more than just what I've done wrong and look at the good things I've done in this community as well; Like when I served under Coffee in the LAPO, and did it again in the NSB. Or when I served under various other ones of yall, at the very least you know I will be competent in RP based on the work I've done in the past, and will definitely put in the work in the future also, if this is approved. I do apologize for my actions, and understand that I was in fact kind of retarded. Thank you.

That was stupid and honestly I deserved to be banned. However, I do want to come back and have some fun on this game mode it has been quite a while and I miss LARPing in this time era. And to anyone else I have wronged staff wise I apologize as well. All I ask is 1 more chance in this community, I bring fun RP to situations and I can help create some fun story telling. I genuinely apologize to all once again and hope to turn over a new leaf!

I'm not saying that I a havent made alot of mistakes, but I really would like to come back and play on the server, even if that means being excluded from command positions or whatever, I just enjoy the comradery and want to get involved in shenanigans again. I admit I was wrong in all of my actions, but I do sincerely apologize. And I apologize for the initial reason of banning as well. I hope you consider letting me come back eventually, I would really appreciate it!

Quite frankly as this does not pertain to you at all, and you are hyperfocusing on the decisions of someone in discord who was making roles and titles because they thought it was something that it wasnt is not my fault, and it was dealt with eventually hence it being gone now lol. You are instegating a ban appeal on a GMOD forum for a RP server, think about that for just a second...

Look, I would appreciate another shot; I understand that I made alot of dumb ass mistakes, but like at the end of the day you know I bring some fun to LARP. Just give me a chance, and if I get a note for literally anything perma me again, I will do better.

To be entirely fair, I never asked anyone to send invites, Frosty is frosty... as for the second screenshot I would have to verify who that is and the context not much there really.

Which I stated above ^, and like I said it was a server to mess around on while I was banned its not my fault that troll started inviting people, which after I privated the server. I wasnt launching a whole server, that would be retarded of me. I do apologize and would like LARP again. And I apologize for my first affirmentioned ban as well. Of course that was not how it ended up playing out and the guy got killed sadly. It was very stupid, but im a good larper; I make intelligence RP very interesting and quite honestly have instegated alot of wild events to happen with high command in the past and its pretty fun. At the end of the day this is GMOD and I enjoy LARPing in this time era. I really do apologize for this. Also after being banned I did host a server for like a day. To which I was just messing around with a few friends flinging cars and killing each other. All in all, I really have alot of fun on Prometheus and have had some pretty cool friends, so just throwin this shot out there! Thank you!
