Explain why you were PK'd: Desertion of the VSK
Why should you be un-PK'd?: My previous character (Hans Denker) was a member of the VSK before being PK'ed by Prime on 10/21/26. I appealed that PK, which was denied by Prime. When I was creating a new character, since I have a purchased rank, I either HAVE to choose between the VSK or the military when selecting a faction. I inquired if I was able to continue in the VSK due to my PK, I was told by a member of UA that there was a 2 week period that I could not be a member of the VSK, hence why I transferred into the NYPD once my new character was created. I had no choice but to leave the VSK due to that rule.
