I was previously staff in Prometheus Networks back in 2022-2023 during it's initial berlin launch, I was hoping to return to assist in server needs.
Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
I believe I should be chosen as staff as I hold the qualities necessary in order to fulfill my tasks and or duties as a Prometheus Staff member, I hold the virtues and etiquette it requires in order to be a Staff Member. I am someone who takes responsibility seriously and enjoy being apart of an awesome community, I also understand that being a staff member is more than having authority it's about being patient, approachable, and mature when dealing with situations require fair, non-biased input in regards to the guidelines of the server. Another reason I should be chosen is that I wish to assist new players, handle reports in a reasonable timely manner, in addition I honor teamwork, and communication so that whatever situation is there can be handled in a deliberate and professional way. I am not applying for this position in order to be granted authority but to contribute my time and effort to the cause in making Prometheus a enjoyable experience for the Veterans and New Comers of it. I will submit and understand that I will not fully understand everything at first, I am open to criticism and feedback, and guidance to higher-ranking staff members. Ultimately I take pride in showing I can be dependable and agree to take full responsibility of situations I am bestowed upon or willfully take. I intend to demonstrate all my strengths and learn from my weaknesses and pose my qualities in making Prometheus a warm welcoming, and enjoyable experience for the folks who love the lore it has to offer. I do not believe in abusing authority, or making decisions based on personal feelings, I will not use personal opinions to affect my judgement in finding a solution to a problem, I understand that some players can and will be confrontational or even combative. I want players to feel comfortable approaching staff members and asking any questions or concerns they may have without fear of attitude or backlash.
What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
The duties and responsibilities of the position of a Prometheus Staff Member are to help maintain a welcoming, organized and enjoyable environment for the entire community. This includes assisting players with questions, concerts or reports that any have submitted or asked, enforcing server guidelines in a fair, non-biased, consistent, and professional manner. A Staff member is tasked with investigating situations before making an ultimate decision, gathering evidence, listening to all parties involved, and making any disciplinary actions even if the parties you are dealing with have a close relationship, or personal opinions with. It's important to remain calm, and consistent, and professional when dealing with combative, or confrontational players. Communication with other staff members is vital for teamworking, and mutual communication so that there is zero confusion across the board. A Staff member should also respect, and abide by the guidelines set out that they are enforcing, respecting chain of command, and taking accountability for their actions. Ultimately the duties and responsibilities of a Prometheus Staff Member are to serve the community, protect the integrity of the server, resolve problems, and ensure everyone has a enjoyable time enjoying what Prometheus Networks has to offer.
