I did not lie because I did not participate in detaining you. At no point did i paint myself as the aggressor, because i made it clear i did not know the intentions of the general. It's hard to stop a bunch of low enlisted from doing something like that, that's almost always a given. Being caught lying doesn't incriminate necessarily, especially when half of what was said was true. 1. I told the truth when I said that I had no clue what the generals intention was with you. 2. I didn't lie about my standing orders of guarding the party wing of the Reichstag. 3. Just about all of the lies you caught me in didn't incriminate me in anything, only lies I told were about my whereabouts that day. Furthermore this was the exact reason I was pked according to UA "One, you were caught with pictures detaining a high-ranking NSB." - The only picture showing a detained NSB was the first one, A. hes an enlisted/NCO. B. I am nowhere to be found in the picture. "Two, you lied about it in the interview" - I lied about my whereabouts not about the detained NSB because I was unaware of this happening at the time as I was still near the field marshal in the party wing.

I made it very clear on who's orders we were under, in most of the pictures you can even see Joseph Sorros, the General of the Luftwaffe. This is just blatantly false, at no point did I say I detained anyone, because at no point did I detain someone myself even under orders, Sorros and I blocking your camera doesn't mean detainment. Even when he ordered it I took no part in any detaining at all since I never pulled a firearm out. These were the standing orders, at no point did I arrest you or partake in the detainment, I made it very clear during the interview that I did not detain anyone during the incident. Again, I made it very clear that I wasn't the one who detained you or stole anything off you, one of the pictures paint the picture of you being ransacked by the nearby enlisted. Both of these together were used as reasoning's for why I was PKed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: For a multitude of reasons: 1. "Not using PKs as a LAST resort." During the interview, there were 0 attempts made by the Agent for me to sign anything, either a confession or informant, deciding to just skip straight to killing me. 2. By the same logic of the photographs being used as evidence, non of the photos actually show me doing anything considered "illegal" or anything that would want someone to kill me. Every single one of the photos just have me standing around (not even with a gun out). Building off that, if the pictures were indeed one of the reasons I was killed, just about everyone else seen in these photographs could be killed by the same logic of them standing around, a lot of the people shown even have weapons out. 3. Most of these pictures were taken by the NSB member who was detained for taking pictures, I vaguely remember one of the Generals ordering for his camera to be confiscated, meaning the camera, and all pictures with it were destroyed, meaning they couldn't have been used (I may be totally wrong about this) 4. Lying: Lying during an interview wouldn't be a sure reason to kill someone, as just about everyone lies, if that were the reason just about anyone ever captured and caught lying would be killed. Your Name: moody STEAM_0:1:424143357 Appeal Type (Dispute) Which staff member banned you?: Beach How long is your ban for?: 5 days Why were you banned?: At around 2AM after a 3 hour court trial with multiple interruptions and mass rdmings taking place, My colleague and I were finally sentenced to a PK by being put in a penal battalion and being sent to Italy, we waited an extra 30 mins for some UA to show up and PK us both, but since it was the middle of the night no one was going to getting on. Wanting to end this i asked the richter presiding over the trial if i could just delete my character and go to bed as it seemed no one was getting on for the PK, the Richter (Leading state secretary Leonard Grosl) just said yes as everyone was tired and wanted this IRS debacle to end so we all could sleep, it wasnt till later that i got banned for 5 days for "LTARP" Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: Because despite the fact I cooperated the whole time and RP'ed the whole time during a 3 hour court trial while others were using OOC terms and attempting to break rules during the trial. I was one of few to stay the whole time till the end of the trial. When the trial started there were 4 of us on trial, by the end only 2 remained since they both left the game without punishment, it feels unfair that me and my colleague were the only two people in the whole court room to get banned after we had already accepted the sentence and was willing to take the death penalty. I never had any intention of leaving to avoid RP, as i was one of the few people there who larped the whole 3 hours despite people trying to mass RDM during it. There wasnt going to be a big sendoff, i wasnt going to be executed by firing squad or other execution method, i was just waiting for a staff sit to PK me. Just about everyone in the room was fine with what i did as Beach wasnt in the room when i asked everyone present, i never had any intention to avoid roleplay as at no point did i break character to actively avoid an RP situation. At which point i switched characters and forgot about it, around 5 mins later right before i was about to leave for the night, im teleported back into the RS and told i fucked up or something at which point he asks if he should kill the character that i mentioned edging on. Being pretty tired i accepted thinking that he is just talking or whatever, instead he changes his mind and says "im just gonna make you take a break for an hour", resulting in me being banned for an hour, however when i return, i find that my character has been killed anyway despite him saying hes only gonna ban me. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I believe i shouldnt be judged based on one fuck up on my otherwise good character, i understand that i should always be in character and to never bring up brainrot and retardation around other people in character as it ruins the atmosphere and roleplay of people around. now that i know how serious it is to attempt comedy when it is not appropriate, i feel that my character should be allowed to be given one more chance at life as i promise to not make the same mistake again, as trying to LTAP or LTARP.
