Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: Hello, many know me as Cliff, and I think I’d be a great addition to the Prometheus Staff Team. To start with, when Prometheus Networks launched, I didn’t think much of it, regardless of how many players it had, but as soon as I started playing, I was impressed by the effort put into the server and the coordination among the Staff members. I first joined the server in late 2023 (there were several periods when I wasn’t active, either due to work or because I was burned out). Since returning to Prometheus after my last break, I’ve decided to get more involved with the server, as I’m committed to making it a place where everyone can feel at ease. That said, my experience and my understanding of the real impact that staff have on the quality of the role-playing experience are essential qualities when managing any kind of interaction with players. This applies both to the judgment a person may exercise during an individual session and to a fair understanding of the rules and guidelines established by the Global Administration. Over time, I’ve matured and have been able to set aside my ego and personal feelings to be more objective when exercising authority. It’s important to note that a key part of this was my ability to recognize my mistakes and correct them, since you can’t change without acknowledging your own mistakes. Another strength I bring to the table is my ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations. Disputes between players often escalate, and it’s important for staff members to be able to step in, assess the situation objectively, and reach a fair resolution without further aggravating tensions. I've always been someone others can count on. Whether it's resolving conflicts, helping new players get started, or pitching in when we're short-staffed, I strive to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I believe that team members are the heart of the community, and that means setting a positive example in every interaction. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: As a member of the Prometheus Networks team, I am responsible for ensuring compliance with the server’s rules and guidelines. For example, in my role as a moderator, I must address issues reported to us by the community, answer all types of questions, resolve incidents, and deal with users who violate the server’s guidelines. Similarly, as a member of the Prometheus Staff Team, I must maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward the community and my colleagues at all times, as well as serve as a role model for what it means to be a good player on the server, whether I’m on duty as a staff member or off-duty while participating in roleplay. The role of a Staff Team member is not simply to punish players for breaking the rules, but to prevent such violations from recurring, as it is important for community members to be informed of the server guidelines in order to foster a more stable and friendly environment. SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:1:514681195 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): the_noobybg Explain why you were PK'd: The National Security Bureau went to the ICC with a Protective Custody Order, they were asked to rewrite it due to the invalid data provided, and when they came back and submitted it a second time, two generals decided to physically block the door from closing and the Generalinspektor of the GSD entered the base and decided to arrest a member of the MGD. Feldjagers and I pointed our weapons at him and subjected him to FearRP, but he continued to disobey our orders, so we shot him. At that point a gunfight broke out and I was killed. Why should you be un-PK'd?: The supervision of the PK was not adequate and the PK was invalid because following the directives: Administrator | Administrator+ oversight - All Government PKs (Except for RPI) The Director of Military Intelligence is considered RPI so the staff member who conducted the PK was not sufficiently qualified to oversee the situation. Additional Information: Upper Administration wasn't involved at all during the PK.

That's why I included in the Additional Information that if that was the case, I sincerely apologize. But I was never told about the ban for me to be able to know If I had to dispute it or apologize for the poor security of my account.

Why were you banned?: Powergaming. Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: Arrest an individual on suspicion that he may be the shooter who attacked Kaiser. During his interrogation I made him a dossier (Field Interview) to gather information, at the moment I gave him the Non-Disclosure Agreement, I tried to force his signature through roleplay (Action, which I could do on other servers I played on), then he said he couldn't do that, and I told him then he wouldn't put his signature on the document. At that point I was called to the Kaisergarde base and I had to go to sleep because it was late. Today when I tried to join I saw that I was banned. Honestly it wasn't malicious what I tried to do, I didn't know that I couldn't do that specifically, as I did it on other servers that I played with my friends. Nobody told us that it was powergaming, they just let us do it. Additional Information: This is my first ban, and I would not repeat it knowing that it is forbidden.
