Well yes, there has been advertisement on Prometheus. As former co-owner of a server it only makes sense and is logical that i take full accountability and responsibility for anyone involved in advertisement breaking global 6. Im not denying breaking global 6 or putting the blame on a staff member for being biased. I tried to give my perspective of what i can remember. Like i said "he might" and i didnt say "he did". If i truly was 100% convinced i wouldve made an appeal at the time. I hope this gave you a better explanation, since my english isnt always at its best. So sometimes sentences or words come across differently.

Im not trying to say that you falsely banned me, not at all actually. As im saying "Their might be", im not sure. I was just giving my part of the story i can remember. Timelines overlap. Alot of things happened irl for me. I What does suprises me is that you are saying that i spam invited members? I take full accountability in my role as root at the time for breaking global rule 6, but i did not spam invite anyone. Its hard to have a dispute on this since it has been 7 months. A ban wave followed banning everyone that was root, UA and RP importance on a small server project. (this is what i heared from multiple players back then, alot of them were unbanned) Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: I belive that the ban that i received was for a part personal between prime and me. Our RP at the time was pretty intense and there might been some overlapping areas for the reason of ban (Im still in possession of clips that Prime is harrassing me IC some weeks before the ban). As a player that has been part as a trusted VIP member of the community for a while and highly respected by some players i wouldve expected that UA would've contacted me with questions about what happened. I wouldve explained that i wasnt involved at all in the advertisement of the server and that it was just a small hobby project and we had no intentions at all to compete with Prometheus since we had a different RP in a different time period. We didnt see pn as competition we saw ourself as an addition to the ww2 community. I was very disapointed at the time in my friend because he was advertising and was very aware of the staff rule we had NOT to compete with PN nor advertising on PN or other servers . I belive that at the time it was an "easy" reason to get rid of me because of the way i got banned(no talk, no involvement of myself etc etc). I have always been following the rules and if i recall it correctly i only have a three day ban on my name for a small rdm situation where i took full responsibility for. I'm not here to open up a discussion on what happened exactly, i'm here to say sorry that a friend and former staffmember of our hobby server has been literally going solo on this ad campaign. I haven't been appealing for my ban since i fully understand that (whilst i wasnt involved in the advertisement) these kind of things require a fast move of the UA and i kind of accepted it. Although i wouldve appriciated a small talk before just banning me Im not a stranger to Prime nor some other admins/mods at the time! Finally, I would like to make an apology towards the entire community including staff for this situation and it was never my personal intention to advertise nor break any rules of PN. I hope that after over half a year we can move on and that i can be pardonned. Also if its possible i would like to have a small talk about this incident if that gives me a better chance to be unbanned. Sincerly and deeply sorry, Baron
