Other duties Walts has to perform daily are uniform checks and overall checks of competency. William is one of the best lawyers Himlonious & Sons Law Corporation has to offer he has had multiple trials and has won them all with the prosecution failing to bring enough evidence and William having all the evidence he needs. How long have you been roleplaying?: I have been roleplaying for almost 2 years Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I received a note for RDM about a month and a half ago. It was my fault I needed to detain someone, but he had a weapon out so I shot him will no RP. I could've prevented this by pointing my gun at him and ordering him to put his gun away adding more RP to the situation. Staff Knowledge Section What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode? I was previously staff on a DarkRP server that no longer exists. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]: I believe I would be a great fit for the staff team, as I have been roleplaying for multiple years. I also believe I would be a great fit, as I am a reasonable person to talk to in and out of a sit. I have previous experience staffing in Garry's Mod and out of Garry's Mod on other games, I think this experience would be beneficial to Prometheus Networks as I could be another experienced staff member on their team. To add, I think I would be a great addition, as I have great problem-solving skills and great resolve in situations. I believe I have a great attitude toward people, even if they break a rule. This could help resolve situations and calm people down if they are getting aggressive. I think I can dedicate a decent amount of time towards being a staff member. As I stated above I have staff on other games, I am a developer for multiple servers on different games, such as Unturned, I know this does not matter as it is a different game but I think it shows the discipline I would have as a staff member as I have dealt with many sits even as a developer. I know multiple staff members and I believe they can vouch for me I am great at RP, and the multiple years of experience I have added on to show I would make a great staff member and be aware of what I am saying in a staff sit. In conclusion, I think with the amount of experience I have roleplaying and staff across multiple games I think I will prove to be a great staff member. [150 Words or more]: The duties and responsibilities of a staff member are as follows, staff members are to handle staff sits and any issues a player may have on the server. Responsibilities of a staff member include reaching your quota of time on your staff character. Many more duties and responsibilities of a staff member include being able to handle situations calmly and professionally as you are representing Prometheus Networks. Being able to handle situations calmly and professionally is an extremely important part of being a staff member in my opinion, these two skills will help you handle situations in a better manner preventing arguments and conflict. To add the duties of a staff member may involve you dealing with RDM, VDM, NLR, FearRP, PK's, FailRP, etc. As a staff member, you could even be dealing with someone who needs to be respawned as they could be stuck under the map. In conclusion, staff members have many duties and responsibilities on the server. Notes:

Wachbataillon ’Kriegshunde’ the 1st Wachbattalion is the most populated of the 2 battalions in KG. I also am a member of KG command staff and a top recruiter. What will you use the trusted rank for?: I would use trusted to give promotions to people within my Battalion and KG who deserve it for their hard work and dedication. Another use for trusted would be recruiting no more making recruits wait for staff late at night to get their roles. Staff Recommendations: N/A

This appeal is sitting here at this point I was not aware you were not the person who PK'd me I'm also sorry for that.

Can you find who PK'd me. I was not aware that I was punch minging and even though I was punch minging I don't think freezing multiple people and saying "You're getting PK'd" is a last resort he could've just said stop punching, because I was not aware I was punch minging in the first place.

Also to clarify I was not aware I was Punch Minging until I was told after I think it would've been better when he froze me to just tell me to stop then I would have stopped

I spawned in and was getting shot at so I punched the guy without thinking much. Then I was frozen and PK'd Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think I should be un-PK'd because I don't think it was totally reasonable I wasn't really "Punch Minging" I was trying to defend myself from getting camped I also would've liked the admin to have talked to me before he just PK's me I was left confused not knowing why I got PK'd.
