I don't remember much of this situation but I do remember you spawning dupes of detailed genitalia after being warned about it by a member of upper administration. I don't really care if you get your flags back, that's up to UA, but if you spawn some weird shit like that again I won't be as tolerant.

It's pretty straightforward, you were about to be arrested, so you initiated a gunfight in an attempt to evade being captured, but you failed. If you have any questions or would like to provide more insight then I will be glad to give a more detailed response, but you put no effort into this appeal so I wont either.

Hi, I banned you because you intentionally disconnected from the server mid interrogation, your game did not crash. Sure, while you were being arrested you started making weird remarks like "I'm being sexually harassed" and saying your gonna be diddled and your gonna have your balls interrogated and some other stuff of that nature, you also have a note for NITRP and another note for sexual things that I'm not gonna state on a public forum.

I remember you being great both in and out of roleplay. When I was first interested in joining the staff team, you helped me a lot. I also recall you being a good general a while back. +1

I was the staff member who approved your PK and here's why, The Luftwaffe Generalleutnant was talking to a LaPo officer outside the ICC while chaos was unfolding and a civil war was brewing. You jumped in to tie up the Lapo guy the General was speaking to, but get called out for it whilst surrounded by MOI personnel. They aimed their guns at you trying to arrest you but you start running whilst yelling that you were being detained. They shot your legs to stop you and in response you pulled out your MP-40 and started firing aimlessly. The LaPo Officer you tried to tie then made a ticket requesting a PK on you and I took it and reviewed the clip and it looked pretty valid to me, so I pulled you to a sit and told you I was going to PK your character and you can appeal it if you feel it was unjust but then you started arguing with me and tried to dispute it in the sit room, so I went and double checked with a member of UA to see if your argument was valid or not and they agreed with me and gave me the greenlight to PK your character. I pulled you to a sit to tell you that you were getting PK'ed for not abiding by Fear RP and you started arguing with me when that should've initially been taken to the forums, I gave you the benefit of the doubt and told you I would check with UA and TP you back and let you know what happens but you just disconnect from the server after I returned you, so I don’t know what made you say that, but it sounds like you’re trying to make me look incompetent when in reality that's just a blatant lie.

We already have Kfz 222s and half-tracks, adding tanks wouldn’t serve much of a purpose in Berlin and would be way too OP in civil wars. Maybe if frontlines comes back.

Missing both word counts and a requirement, you still seem pretty new and should take some time to work on your community presence and characters: For the time being I'm going to say -1, but hopefully you can change that in your next application.

Here's why I banned you; You were walking around the ICC and then called a ticket to be set up into the military. I transferred you in but was shortly informed by a Stabsfeldwebel that you were trespassing into the ICC and had not been trained. After I realized that you lied to me, I began discharging you. Then, you were tied up by Military Intelligence and intentionally left the server, as stated in the logs. Since your actions were not too disruptive, I decided to ban you for only 24-hours. You are already unbanned.

I saw you guys grow in manpower and organization, and you also fixed the issues related to communism. Therefore: +1

I like the theme; it makes sense and is straightforward, which is a positive. But you can't have all of your characters in it, only one. So, you're definitely going to need more people it it. I'm going to be neutral, leaning towards +1. I'll change my neutral to a +1 once you fix this issue.
