That rule is to prevent people from boycotting server rules, attempting to force 'changes', etc. (Ex. All NHC decide they want custom playermodels else they'll leave the community). It is not meant for boycotting/unions/etc. in the roleplay environment.

As this is an appeal for a permanent ban, our guidelines allow the community to comment on the appeal with their opinions. Going after each person's response with this type of attitude is immature and I'm not really sure why you think we'd accept the appeal if you're only demonstrating how toxic you can be. Hi @King Wallace-- you were banned by @Viruson 1/21/24 for reason 'none'. Please follow the ban appeal template as it is required for all ban appeals even if minimal information about the ban is known.

Accepted Contact a member of UA when you are next in-game to get your flags reinstated.

This is incorrect. Your SteamID is STEAM_0:1:62453707 Your ban was made permanent when you attempted to evade the ban using an alternate account. This violates Global Rule #11. Please include this in your appeal.

Hi @Pennywise, Thank you for taking the time to apply for our staff team. Unfortunately, we have a 0 tolerance policy for sockpuppeting on our forums. There is no record of @tylermartz1995as playing on our server and their account has been flagged as your alternate. For this reason, I will be denying your application at this time. You may re-apply in 2 weeks. Application: Denied Thread: Locked

Hi @Semyon Budyonny Thank you for taking the time to make an appeal. After further review and input from the banning staff member, this ban will be voided. Appeal: Accepted Ban: Voided Thread: Locked

Generally no (or at least any that would be public). The best way to get an answer would be to create a ticket within our Community Discord.

You just admitted to breaking the rules. It is within the discretion of our staff members to select punishment as they deem fit. Considering your punishment history, a week ban is not an 'inappropriate punishment'. Dispute appeals are meant for disputing the ban itself (i.e. the ban never should have happened because you didn't break the rules); however, you did break the rules which makes this dispute invalid. That being said, considering your POs are fairly spread apart, I'm inclined to believe a week ban for mic-spam may be a bit excessive. Your ban will be reduced to 2 days. Hi @SomethingorOther Thank you for taking the time to make a ban appeal. I think there may be some confusion as to the purpose of this thread. This thread is meant to be a ban appeal, instead, a majority of your posts make this seem to be a player report. While the player involved will be dealt with separately, the points you bring up about the other player's infractions and behavior are separate from the main topic of this post which is about the rules that you have broken. It is apparent that you did in-fact RDM the guy twice, so for that alone, the appeal should have been an "apology" and not a "dispute". Disputing a ban means you're disputing it in its entirety (i.e. you should never have been banned in the first place). The ban was properly applied due to an infraction of our server rules and therefore a dispute against it is invalid. The actions of the other player brought up in this appeal will be handled separately, but as stated previously, this appeal is about your ban specifically. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked

A violation of our rules results in bans/notes, not IC punishments (though if a rule infraction is severe enough, it can result in both). Coming up with a fake situation in order to avoid NLR can be seen as an attempt to loophole/power game the situation. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked
