Hello @Swisher After reviewing the clips and statements on the situation, it appears you were given multiple opportunities to stop and exit the vehicle, to which you ignored and continued. This is an intentional act by your character in not valuing their life as multiple guns were aimed at you during this time. In some situations, we may invalidate a PK based on FailRP/OOC comments being made in VC chat such as "That was a PK", but it is not a valid argument to be used in a PK appeal since it has nothing to do with your character not valuing their own life. You must be remembering a very different situation than what myself, @Petra, and @Sharpwitnessed. The NSB were escorting Patrik Flynnburg out of the Bendlerblock when the military intervened and ordered the NSB to be tied up. During this mass detainment, you began blindly firing into the crowd of military with a P38 which resulted in you dying and therefore being PKd for initiating a shoot-out and dying.

It is now permanent because you attempted to evade the ban using an alternate account which violates Global Rule #11. A violation of our global rules is considerably more serious than a couple cases of RDM.

After further review by the UA Team, the Prätor can be heard giving the order to "shoot him" (the Konsul) multiple times. While the Konsul was heavily outnumbered, and shooting him resulted in a massacre that decimated the roleplay situation, the blame will not be held to you for following this order. Please be mindful going forward that following orders like this should not be followed blindly. We understand that tensions were high, but realistically the Konsul was not going anywhere. The ban was not permanent due to the pantheon buttons, it was due to the violation of Global Rule #11 (using an alternate account in an attempt to evade the ban). Now that the ban is permanent for a global rule violation this appeal will need substantially more effort put into it along with explanation of the global rule violation for any chance in acceptance.

Hi @Dr. Daniels Thank you for taking the time to make a ban appeal. The ban was pretty straight forward, and after viewing a clip of the situation provided to me by @Vixxit was very clear that you were mic-spamming on our server which violates General Rule #8. We also do not condone the use of racial or other offensive slurs per Global Rule #1 which were pertinent in the songs you were mic-spamming. Being in violation of these rules, Vixx was within his authority to punish you which in this case was a 1 week ban (corrected from an original 2 week ban). There is no specific date. Early next year was mentioned during the last Community Assembly that occurred November 23rd.
