@Patrick Tingis correct, this should not be a dispute if ban reason is correct. Additionally, your ban is permanent because you violated Global Rule #11 by using an alternate account to try and evade the ban. That will need to be mentioned in the appeal as well as an apology.

Please do not dispute if its only regarding the ban length. Our staff members have the discretion to ban for the amount of time they deem appropriate. The punishment itself was justified because you broke our rules, so this should only have been an apology appeal. Chat logs indicate you said a bunch of stuff in OOC leading up to the ban, notably in the context of this appeal "what is your guys opinion on nazis", "do you guys not like mommys??", and "major major major major major major major major major major major major major major major major major majormajor majormajor majormajor major major majormajor majormajor steiner major major major major major major he has a pco for you" This all being said, Parzival agrees the ban length may have been a bit harsh, perhaps a note would have been better than a ban. Hello @yourapoop216, I was the approving staff member on your PK, requested by @Patrick Ting Your PK was approved on the basis of the Dirt PK guideline as you were threatening to rat on the KG, making statements such as "Get ready for that witness statement on the kg" and "Arresting me for no reason", "i have proof". As stated in our PK guidelines, "Dirt is any information that can lead to arrest/execution" -- it is generally not a smart idea to threaten the people holding you in an execution room that you are going to turn them in... Further information, screenshots, etc. can be provided if necessary by @Patrick Tingas this was the information I had to go off of for the initial approval. The verdict of this appeal will be decided upon by another member of Upper Administration.

Hello @Zephyr, Thank you for taking the time to make a PK appeal. After reading over the appeal and reviewing the statements provided by both sides of the situation I have reached a verdict. @Primesummarized the situation well -- The Vice Chancellor, a member of National High Command has enormous power and the situation between you and him crossed the line from simply being political adversaries. Disagreeing with the VC, opposing him in Cabinet Meetings, and filing a suit against wrongful termination all make for a great political opponent; however, when you start claiming that his actions are that of a 'retard', threaten him with statements such as "I'll see you on the 6th", and then allude to further action with "The last time someone tried to fire me it didn't end too well" it crosses the line. The VC gave you several attempts to apologize, even suspending you before taking further action; however, you continued. I'd like to think if this situation happened between the NSB Chief and the Minister of Interior, the NSB Chief would also be dead. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked

The character's description in the clip exactly matches the description for John Leon. I highly doubt staff would not only PK the wrong person, but that this "wrong person" would have the exact same faction and description as John Leon. I'm also going to go out on the limb and say someone did not hack into your Steam account, boot up Garry's Mod, join Prometheus Networks, and then start RPing as John Leon.

Ban is reduced to 2 weeks. That's a bit silly... what's the point in punishment if we allow you to evade it? Completely undermines the effort that our staff team puts into enforcing our rules.
