Our alt detection system does not ban based off Steam Library game sharing. It's a sophisticated system that does not "guess" if accounts are associated. A number of factors must be true for it to enact a ban. If it determines that the accounts are yours, then they are yours. We've been hearing the "friend" and "brother" excuses for years.

Hi @Tiamat_Defender, The Mass RDM ban that is being references is not from the Microsoft Access (Tiamat_Defender) account, but instead the dmathews (STEAM_0:1:205613836) account, which was banned on 1/13/2026 by Major Whoreson. The following is a list of all of the accounts you own and have accessed our server using. - dmathews (STEAM_0:1:205613836) - Admiral Bonhardt (STEAM_0:0:628920206) - Microsoft Access 2016 aka Tiamat_Defender (STEAM_0:0:587368298) dmathews was banned on 1/13/2026 by Major Whoreson. You then connected to the server on 4/19/26 @ 6:20:21PM UTC with the Admiral Bonhardt account which got it permanently banned for being alt of dmathews. You then connected to the server on 4/19/26 @ 6:54:21PM UTC with the Microsoft Access 2016 account which got it permanently banned for being an alt of Admiral Bonhardt.

The server reset 2 years ago... if you don't have a week of playtime within the last 2 years then your community presence is not up to the standard that we would expect for a candidate of our staff team.

The problem with the Trusted rank was the notable disconnect between Staff members giving promotions, and Trusted members giving promotions. For the most part, Trusted members did not abuse the privilege (as they were Trusted members of our community); however, there were many cases of Trusted members giving out promotions that violated our Character Promotion Guidelines. While they did not intentionally break these guidelines, they simply did not have all of the information/logs that our Staff members have access to (which are used to combat these situations).

Hi @lolpower Thank you for taking the time to make a ban appeal. After reviewing the situation, it is clear you started a random death-match (RDM). Additionally, you continued to message @Governorover discord even after he said the situation was done with and that you would need to appeal on the forums. Our staff members should not have to deal with back and forth messaging/arguing over player bans. Hi @Dharocks Thank you for taking the time to make a PK appeal. The situation around this PK is a bit loose, but, going forward, I would advise that you don't start firing upon a vehicle. Even if the occupants inside are not "damaged" by the gunfire -- shooting at the vehicle is still initiating a gunfight as if the vehicle takes enough damage it will explode and kill the occupant. That being said, this PK did not fully adhere to our PK guidelines and so this appeal is accepted. Appeal: Accepted Thread: Locked

@zruzxe, I warned you in your last appeal that any further infractions will see to another permanent ban with little chance of appeal. Given that this was more than a simple "RDM", as you massacred everyone in the LAPO station, the permanent ban has been reinstated. You may not appeal again until 4/20/26.
