I mentioned in my last response that a dispute was unwise as I had explained why the ban was valid. No amendment was made to the appeal and therefore a dispute is denied. Believing the roleplay scenario would have been over by the time you reconnected is not an excuse not to reconnect at all. That makes this situation pretty textbook LTARP as you disconnected during an RP situation and made no effort to reconnect or notify a staff member. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked

It is your decision and risk. You decided to follow orders that created a disregard for your own life. Expecting to live after gunning down numerous MOI personnel is a bit silly. I agree, which is why the people being ordered to disregard their own life by following an "open fire" order should hold their General/CO accountable for the outcome (ICly). Specific PK Guideline here is Government PK criteria: "Dying after initiating a shoot-out". You were the one who initiated by shooting first. @PotatoTornado Connection logs show no attempt to load back into the server after the accidental ALT+F4 you claim happened. If disconnecting from the server was not intentional then you should have reconnected to continue the roleplay that was ongoing between you and other players. The failure to reconnect resulted in a ban for LTARP. Given the details explained in this appeal so far, a dispute appeal is not wise.

In such a rush, but you had time to keep trying to connect to the server for the next 10 mins after your initial disconnect?

Thanks for updating the appeal. I would not recommend having this as a dispute. Being arrested as a result of the military lying is still roleplay. There are no rules against it and it's not a defense to add to an LTARP appeal. While having IRL obligations is understandable, you are at least expected to inform staff that you must leave the server through the use of @ in chat. Without any attempts of letting our staff members know that you had to leave the only remaining explanation is LTARP (leaving to avoid roleplay) which is against our rules. This makes the ban valid and a dispute invalid.

After further review, and with assistance from our friend Pendred, we have confirmed that your accounts were incorrectly flagged for alt evasion. Apologies for the inconvenience. In regards to the ban itself... a dispute is invalid. You Mass RDMd and were banned for it, so next time I recommend formatting the appeal to be an apology.
