After reviewing the situation, I agree that simply telling someone that you are going to bring legal charges against them does not constitute considerable grief to have them killed. If this was the case then most of our infamous Court PK scenarios would never have happened. Mind you, there are situations where a threat like this could result in a UA PK Approval such as if the person being threatened was NHC, but this was a situation where you, an Oberstleutnant, were planning on bringing charges against a Hauptmann, so quite different. While the circumstances are suspicious, I do not believe there is sufficient evidence to prove ESP was used in this scenario. If further suspicion of ESP or the use of a third-party client/cheating software is brought up in the future, this ban will be revisited and used as a "PO". No, this violates General Rule #35 "All raids performed on government buildings are to be directly approved and overseen by a member of Upper Administration. Our logs can decipher between a game crash and an intentional disconnect. In this case, it shows you intentionally disconnected from the server while you were tied and being searched.

As per PK Guidelines, PKs appeals are only approved on the basis that they did not meet PK guidelines. Since this PK was within guidelines the appeal is unfortunately denied. Yes, you can detain players while aiming your gun, this can be done through F1 -> Inventory, right clicking on restraints and clicking use. The Obergrenadier was surrounded by Pratorian guards and was being detained as ordered yet you were the one who started shooting and thus resulted in a mass casualty gunfight. Due to your behavior in the discord tickets, mass DMing our UA members about the various situations you have found yourself in, etc. I do not believe you are a good fit for our community. If you believe rules are been violated in-game then please make a ticket using '@' in chat and our staff members would be happy to assist. Instead; however, you took matters into your own hands by disconnecting from the server which is a violation of our rules (LTARP = Leaving to Avoid Roleplay). While you are correct that talking about someone being PKd through voice-chat is a metagame violation, that is a separate issue than this ban appeal. It appears there was a misunderstanding of the situation that led to your ban at first within this appeal, and once you understood the tone of the appeal shifted to what appears to be a dispute instead of an apology. Hi @THE G MAN, I noticed in your application that you mention your experience as staff "across multiple games and communities", but did not mention your previous staff term as a Moderator within our community from May - June of 2024. I would like to ask why you left this out of your application, and if your removal from your last term is why you didn't mention it. Regarding your last term, I would also like to ask if you believe that you've personally improved since then. As a reminder, you were removed from your last term as Moderator for using an unauthorized playermodel on your staff character, and when questioned by Hound and Gary about it you stated "Take my Moderator away because I can't fucking do shit without you on my ass. You can all suck a cunt mate" and then promptly disconnected from the server.

@GalleryWalk, Logs indicate you attempted to Mass VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) by driving into a crowd of people. Then, within seconds of you being brought into a sit room you disconnected from the server. Additionally, 2 days after the ban, you violated Global Rule #11 by using an alternate account to try and evade the ban.
