Hi @Rz Chase Please understand that PKs are not OOC punishments, they are IC effects of your character willingly putting themselves in a situation where they do not value their own life and dying as a result. Getting all the way up to the rank of Major and having absolutely no knowledge of our PK guidelines or rules regarding FearRP is a bit concerning. Please take some time to read up on our rules & PK guidelines. As stated in the PK Guidelines, "The only way to gain access to said character is to appeal the PK and have it accepted under the pretense the PK did not follow PK guidelines.". We appreciate the apology, but in terms of server rules you did not do anything wrong. Your character did not value their own life as they were held at gunpoint and chose to run, resulting in their death. This being said, I will keep this appeal up for a while longer to allow for any other parties involved to comment if they so wish.

@Saken Death Thank you for your suggestion. Donations are used towards funding the server's operating costs. PayPal is one of the most widely used and accepted payment methods on the internet. Steam wallet funds, gifted games, etc. cannot be used in a practical way to pay for our hosting, development, etc. At this time, and for the current foreseeable future, we do not support in-game microtransactions through Steam Wallet due to how our donation integration is setup.

Numerous forged docs within your chat history logs, most if not all have been nuked when caught. None of those were the one linked in your appeal which you are trying to play us with. Your ban has been extended to 1 month for blatantly attempting to deceive us into unbanning you.

You were banned July 13th, 2024. Please google that date as it may refresh your memory.

It was more than that. You created discord servers that were identical to ours which is how I reached out to you in the first place. Months later you posted in your discord pinging everyone stating "This means war" with a screenshot of your ban. You're claiming innocence, but I see meaningful intent at disrupting our community with your actions.

Understand that when a punishment is issued it is due to your behavior, not your 'account'. If you are banned, you may not join the server no matter whose account it is. Thank you for taking responsibility for your actions. Seeing as the ban was initially only for 1 day, that length will be restored on the original ban. Take this as a warning not to evade punishments going forward. Hi @BEAST MODE Unfortunately following orders is not an excuse to break our rules. If someone told you to Mass RDM you'd still be banned for doing it. If Beast Mode is apologetic though I could see the potential in this appeal being accepted.

I mentioned in my last response that a dispute was unwise as I had explained why the ban was valid. No amendment was made to the appeal and therefore a dispute is denied. Believing the roleplay scenario would have been over by the time you reconnected is not an excuse not to reconnect at all. That makes this situation pretty textbook LTARP as you disconnected during an RP situation and made no effort to reconnect or notify a staff member. Appeal: Denied Thread: Locked
