During the situation, a group of civilians was engaging in punch-minging and yelling racial slurs, and they were dealt with. A few of them were brought into an admin sit and noted for their actions. However, you suddenly appeared with a shiv and killed two civilians who were not involved in this situation. I pulled you into an admin sit and issued you a note for RDM. After that, when I went back to spectate, I saw you running towards the same location where you had killed the two innocent civilians, still wielding the shiv. You began stabbing another civilian, so I pulled you into a sit again and after some consultation with a staff member senior to me, I issued you a 2-day ban.

First off, as you stated, Rudolph was killed, and he was the leader of that coup, others that assisted us were allowed to continue their normal duties and we get killed? It was not a 3-man coup. There were at least 7 members of the Landespolizei and only the two of us get killed without even going to a trial. It really does seem unfair as I've seen one of the SWAT guys that were helping us in that coup guarding the cell block when we got locked up.

Hello Skips. My bad, I had no idea that Rudolph got killed. However, as I stated, you or your superiors could've taken us to court since you had many witnesses as it seems. PK wasn't used as last resort here. We were captured in the MoI building where we did not even resist the arrest and were taken to the LaPo cells where we were forced to sit for 45 minutes and instead of taking us to court, which you could've done, you decided to kill us.

Explain why you were PK'd: No explanation was given, we were not taken to a sit afterward getting shot. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I think that I should be Un-PK'd because in the whole situation, where the LaPo command was being coupled, the guy who led the coup was not punished and only 2 of us were while others who were participating were set free. They could've taken us to a trial and fought us in court where we could've proven that we're innocent and that we got manipulated by that one person. They had no physical evidence of us committing the crimes and thats whwt gave us the ability to fight it in court. Overall the PK was not last resort in this situation. They also came into our cells, asked us a few questions and left us to sit there. We asked them to take us to a trial but they kept ignoring our requests. Hello Goose, thank you for taking your time to comment on this appeal, I appreciate it. However, as I stated, Maelk was basically begging us to do something about it as he was practically being harassed by his "friend". It just doesn't seem like a real friendship story to me, as he was being harassed in the cells by his friend and all we did was try to help him get out but his "friend" was extremely rude and uncooperative. I do not know who put him in that cell but all I know is that we found him detained while the NSB-Polizeiinspektor was dragging him constantly.

I was told to request a PK on him, which I did. And suddenly, this LaPo guy comes up to me asking for a job and shoots me in the head. Why should you be un-PK'd?: Apparently, the guy was his "friend", but it didn't seem like he was down in the cells when he was cussing and begging us to do something about the guy dragging him for 20 minutes and wouldn't let go of him. After we PK'd the NSB officer who had him detained, he was cheering and thanking us for letting him go. We did not try to do anything but HELP the LaPo guy. Additional Information: Now, to me, this seems like some type of OOC "deal" between them, since LaPo had conflicts with NSB 2 days after this event and I suppose that they were using this just to get rid of me. Secondly, the situation involved a civilian's suicide PK, during which the individual explicitly requested us to shoot him. He even contacted the staff himself, asking to be PK'd. ThirdEye verified this multiple times, and each time, the civilian confirmed his request. I was accidentally shot in the foot by one of my friends while we were shooting his body, resulting in my death. Additional Information: Losing all that progress by getting PK'd in a silly situation like that, where the civilian was also a minge, seems really dumb.
