Explain why you were PK'd: No clue, genuinely no clue. Why should you be un-PK'd?: Because there was absolutely 0 reason to have me killed. I was just having a regular day roaming around when the GSD goons kidnapped my superior, so I advertised asking for a meeting with an NSB officer. Upon my arrival to the MoI, I was let in by Sicherheitskommandeur Conrad Bielenberg, who tried reasoning with the GSD individuals who kept blocking our way into offices, just minging overall. A simple meeting led to them detaining me at a LaPo checkpoint at a later point (the GSD, NRD command were heavily against this). I was put in a room for an HOUR AND A HALF with nothing but demanding money from me was done. Mewsolini at one point tried having me sign an informant agreement which I politely declined, as I'm not obligated to sign it. Later on the Order Marshal walked in and just said "Oh, this one is a spy?" and when I tried telling him that I have nothing to do with any kind of espionage, he told me that he doesn't want to hear it from me. I have never signed any letters of authorization nor informant agreements ever on this character, and I've provided witness statements both to the NSB and the MGD, fitting the situation obviously. I was simply a member of the Party on this character. I genuinely believe I make the RP scene better and more fun without causing either side to hate me, and this was so uncalled for, unjustified and not the last resort. They have no proper evidence against me and I believe this was just an NHC PK, as nothing is properly done anymore and goes through NHC PKs instead of let's say me being taken to COURT, which is the obvious pick to handle scenarios like these. As I stated, before I was shot, I was sitting in a room for 30 minutes with absolutely no interaction, and then Mewsolini's character pops out of thin air infront of me and demands 20k, when I tell him I only have 7.8k on my person, he shoots me and I'm charbanned. Character's name & rank: Grenadier Denis Spitz SteamID (STEAM_0:X:XXX): STEAM_0:0:462352546 Staff member who issued the PK (if you know): No clue Explain why you were PK'd: I'm not sure of the exact reason but I'd assume NHC Order, as no trial or anything was hosted. I was killed for not being handed over to the Armed Forces by the MoI, and being told to leave as I was dismissed by the NSB, and upon being found stuck behind a literal rock, staff dragged me away from it, and Feld immediately put me in cuffs, had me lined up and shot. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I've had all of my transfer documents legalized and approved both my commanding officer, the chief of 18th Police Company, and by the Kriegsverwaltungsburo Abkommandant. I eagerly said my goodbyes to the friends I've made in the Feldjagers and left to meet with the Ordensmarschall, who was the receiving signatory on my documents. Upon meeting with him, he was informed that the Kriegsmarschall wished to meet with him ASAP, where they just talked about "the OM's plans for the future", a really irrelevant topic to this situation. Upon it all ending, the KM wasn't too bothered about me transferring until Oberst Portsmith stepped in and said he'll get a warrant on me, which caused an issue. The Armed Forces have arrived outside of the OM's office, where the conflict escalated to two general ranking officers getting detained, but being released shortly after talks with the MoI command staff. I was dragged to an office by the NSB and told to stay there, 15-20 minutes later, I was released and told to leave the MoI. I asked if I could meet with the Ordensmarschall about my transfer, and they accepted my request, but to my demise, he simply said "Not now, Denis. Wait for me in the lobby." ; and so I did. Around 15 minutes later, I asked if the OM was coming and was told by a member of the Ordensritter that he is leaving the city. I should've been put into my MoI uniform ages before all of that, but it was just poorly executed and useless meetings were being accepted over it. The armed forces tried arguing that there was some ordinance on every single external transfer requiring the signature of the department chief, and said policy was nowhere to be found, not in any transfer channel, nor was it within the Feld Information, considering they are the military police and should uphold military law and policies it just seems illogical to me as to how this argument was valid in the first place. I was told to get somewhere safe by the NSB because, as I was told by them, the army is here to have me killed, so as any sane man I got out of the MoI and just ran, afraid for my life, through the woods and on my way into the city again, a bunch of cars filled with armed personnel were approaching, so I tried hiding under a rock to wait for them to pass, but eventually got stuck, and the Royal Treasurer so happened to spot me there and that caught armys attention, and it all led to me getting thrown in cuffs, dragged to the BB, and despite my pleas and demands to go to court of law so I can prove I'm an innocent man, and already rightfully a member of the Interior, just not properly uniformed, I got put on a pole and shot. That is on others to blame, not a Grenadier who was told to sit in an office and wait for the situation to be resolved, then being abandoned and told to go away. The Kriegsmacht Transfer Papers quote "By signing this document, I hereby acknowledge that this transferee will no longer be my responsibility, but that of the new commanding officer." ; so therefore, I was not supposed to be subject to an arrest by the Field Hunters at all, nor was I committing any crimes that would have me killed, or even put any charges on my head. The PK really wasn't used as last resort either as I wasn't fighting back, but simply being afraid for my life due to others warning me about the armed forces trying to kill me. Additional Information: The only reason why I care so much to appeal this PK is due to firstly how unfair it was, as well as due to this character being literally ancient with a long history, and is very well decorated, despite its current rank. The character has been with me in my roleplay journey since the very first day I joined Prometheus (very late 2023), and this was such a stupid way to have it killed for simply wanting to transfer, as a Grenadier! I've figured out I've been banned after my DMs have been flooded by people I used to roleplay with, however I do not understand the reasoning behind it. I haven't received a message elaborating my ban reason or anything alike. I'd assume, and that's just my assumption, but I believe it's because I've explored and played on other servers. However, I haven't made a quick transition from Prometheus to another server, it's been a follow up from many months of not playing Prometheus or Garry's Mod at all. Recently, I've been wanting to come back, but life has eaten my time quite a bit, so this summer break I'll have quite a bit of time to spend on LARP. Why should you be un-PK'd?: We intended no harm to Lentz, and we have nothing against him. The joke was rather rude, I admit that, but I have apologized and admitted that I should've kept it to myself. I've had this character for so long just for it to be PK'd over my OOC stupidity, and I sincerely apologize for my actions. However, I haven't done anything bad on that specific character for it to be PK'd, the ranks were grinded up, the character has a history of even holding a GO rank before and is well commended. I tried talking to Prime about it and told him that I will not be appealing my game ban and that I'll just wait it out due to me being aware of my mistake, and I am rightfully banned, however I do not see a reason for this character to be PK'd as it has nothing to do with the OOC situation. We moved upstairs on purpose so we can move from other people and have a little chat, but from what I've seen, a staff member left noclip for a brief second, so I assume they have reported us. I tried to explain to some members of the Upper Administration who were present that we were all members of the Ministry of Procurements, but they didn't seem to believe us, especially since we didn't have the appropriate roles in the State Discord. I did have the MoP roles at one point but they were removed when I was getting my Ministry of Justice roles. I take responsibility for not ensuring that others received their MoP roles in the State Discord. I feel that my punishment was more severe than it should have been, especially considering that we were simply using guns from the vendor and that I was removed from the staff team for this. We did not distribute them to anyone outside our small group. We only used the firearms when absolutely necessary, such as when we were getting detained or in attempts to rescue one of our members.
