+1 I think he improved his behavior from before and has community pressence. Used to have bad interraction with you, but that is a long time ago. He should be given a shot at being a staff member.

It's fun for a week and then it annoys a lot of people. Especially in the Council/high command meetings hearing the starving or munching noises.
