Hello Spooks Here, You were PK'd for breaking FearRP. In the clip that was sent to me by the requester, you and another lapo enlisted were put at gunpoint by 4 civilians in the Kontinental. After you got up from the table, they told you to stop moving, and you stopped for a second, then you kept moving when they tried to tie you. Then you kept moving, so in doing that, you failed to listen to their command, and they shot you for it. Later in the Sit, you told me that you were having technical problems that prevented you from hearing Civilians, even though you could see them as when they pointed guns and tried to tie you, you kept moving. After reviewing the clips, I can see that you are having these tech problems, but unfortunately, I can't prove that this was happening during the situation, as there are no timestamps. If you can send any time stamps of the video being made, that match up with the time, this can help your case. I will send the clips that were sent to me in the appeal. [150 Words or more]: The point of a staff member is to ensure that the players are following the rules at all times and to enforce rules when needed. They are to take tickets and assist the community by either punishing players who break the rules or helping people who have game issues. They are also to assist with promotions, demotions, factions whitelists, etc. Plus, They keep out those who want to ruin the flow of RP like minges, cheaters, RDMers, or VDMers. Furthermore, they also Perma kill Characters that have either lost a gunfight, been put to death by the court, broken fear RP, or a general order PK. Plus, Staff are the leaders of the server. They are to be fair and neutral when it comes to sits, and should be leading by example that being mature, respectable, and disciplined. Another thing is that staff should be helping the players to provide a smooth and fun experience for the players. That being making Events for the players with the GM team, or helping enhance RP for the players.

Hello Spooks Here, You have been banned for the reason of making other users uncomfortable and having no intent to Roleplay. This was reported by other members of the server and especially seen by other staff member that were online at the time. Please understand that we take user safety and comfort very seriously, and your remarks that you have made are not appropriate for the server. Another, thing I am a very reasonable man and I see that you are trying to actively and get yourself back in the community, so I want to give you a chance. Fix your appeal because it's clearly an apology and then promise me that you will not make those comments again because I don't believe saying you were 'bored' and 'thought it was funny' is a valid excuse of making others uncomfortable. Then, I will be more than fine to having your ban removed.

If you think that this name is OK then you need help. 1. You know that is not a real name 2. You were asked multiple times to change your name and refused to even though staff explained it multiple times why to change it 3. The time period takes place in the 1940s, there is not people running around named "John Pork", etc.

Neutral. Yes, you are great at RP and causing conflict. But you lack self-control and emotion control, as you get heated way too quickly over minor conflicts. I feel like if you play a little longer and control yourself and can keep a cool head, then I would recommend it, but for now, I'm going to stay neutral on this.

+1 would be nice to have different tools than just siting there with a pickaxe for hours on end, and it would bring interesting RP to the ministry of labor as they have to track who own the tool and more
