Explain why you were PK'd: After a long civil war and around 1 to 2 hours spent in a jail cell inside the army base, we were finally let out in trucks. While we were being transported, another member of the Landespolizei said that they were going to "kill" the members of the army or something along those lines. and because there was many of us lapo members in the trucks it led the army to confuse me as the person who said it, and as I tried to explain that it wasn't me, it took no more than 1 to 2 minutes for me to be put against a wall and shot by a firing line. resulting in my pk.
Why should you be un-PK'd?: Considering the fact that it wasn't me who said the line i find it unjust that i was the one who ended up being shot. and i believe it was just a of confusion from the army's part. Also there is the fact of after speaking with a member of staff (Saint) he mentioned that i'm not even in the pk logs wich would lead me to believe it wasnt completely a fair pk either way.
