Your right in that i was still technically IC. Guess I'm just trying to say is this shouldn't warrant a out right PK since this was a small issue as i was also not intentionally trying to fail fear rp by not going up a ladder since i wasn't there OOC. I don't mind paying any fines and such IC as would be needed for just not having a mining license.

When i came back i noticed my character was banned and i wasn't sure why. I called a admin and Parzival let me know what happened. I was arrested in the mines for not having a mining license (which is fair) and was told to go up the ladder in the sewers. I didn't because i was AFK so they had me fail fearRP i believe. Why should you be un-PK'd?: I was AFK (working in Real life) the whole time so i could not interact with the others that were arresting me and thus could not comply with them. I understand me being afk played apart of this but if i was there i would of complied and pay any fines or dues to what i did. I don't think a PK should be made on me for something so small. Additional Information: I explained to Parzival and i thank him for being understanding and letting me know what happened while i was gone and to come here for a appeal.
