NSB-Kommissar Fegal Boris Fegal is an intelligence officer within the NSB, frequently taking reports, and serving PCO’s. He is a quick thinker and a problem solver. Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team: Recently, Prometheus Networks has become one of my favorite things to partake in because of interesting topics, interactive gameplay, and the kind and interesting community members. Ever since I started on this server, I have loved it because of how much it intrigued me, and I now feel that I should give back to the community by ensuring it has a smooth roleplay experience for all members. I believe I should be accepted into the staff team because my position in the server allows for me to grasp the concepts of staff, I am active within the community, and I am extremely dedicated to making the server the best possible server it can be. My experiences in roleplay have shown me several different instances where particular policies and rules are enforced, showing me several circumstances and criteria where certain guidelines are cited. I’ve come to learn a large amount of the community standards behind PKs and how to properly roleplay within server ideals. I understand why maintaining this roleplay standard by stopping minging, RDM, and other rule breaks helps the server maintain its player base and allows for everyone to have an interactive, smooth, and immersive experience. My position in RP leads me to lots of political conflicts, in which I have to remain in an assertive position, along with having to defend my logic and reasoning in an argument. I will do the same in staff sits, and I will not be overwhelmed by arguments in any staff circumstance. I am as active as my schedule will allow on the Prometheus server. During the week, I am usually active almost every day during prime hours. This will allow me to take as many tickets as possible to help out. Some days, until the end of the year, I will have some homework I have to finish, but it shouldn’t stop me from being relatively active. I will also occasionally be absent during the evening due to family and sports events. I understand that you need credible and clear-cut evidence to make an informed and proper administrative decision. Whether that evidence is clips, logs, or any other form which is trusted and credible, it needs to be something that supports the claims of the person calling an OOC intervention. Decisions made without evidence can lead to mistakes and false punishments. I want to help others understand the rules, and I want the server to be the best experience possible for new and current players. What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words: Being a member of the staff team on any server consists of several unique challenges and tasks, some of which I will briefly break down. Some of these duties are administrative punishments for rule infractions in order to maintain a good experience and roleplay standard. These involve handling RDM tickets, VDM tickets, LTAP/LTARP infractions, among other rule breaks. Handling these tickets allow for players to experience the server in the best possible light, and to keep the server functioning and allow for players to roleplay properly. The other duties are to better the roleplay experience by engaging players in factions and allowing for them to roleplay within guidelines. This involves whitelisting people, putting them in uniforms, helping them roleplay and understand the rules. This allows for a more active community, and helps people better their roleplay in order to interact more effectively and make things interesting. All of these duties help maintain a well informed, rule abiding player base, assisting in ensuring a good server experience, making sure people come back to the server, and attracting new players. I see him in the city almost daily, and can attest to the fact that he is great with RP, as well as being an interesting and devoted person to any task he is given. Hi, I was one of the NSB agents involved with your PK. The reason we insisted on you signing an NDA is because of a few reasons, including the fact that one of my fellow NSB agents had mentioned name in front of you, and the fact that you clearly stated that you would report the proceedings of what occurred within the cells. I was not involved when the PK happened as I had to log off which is why another one of fellow NSB took over the dossier after me. You were originally detained for trespassing as far as I know. Also in the screenshot you took of the chat logs, it clearly depicts our names, so is that just a staff thing?

If you quote the rules, you would have noticed (A.) They were not running towards your vehicle, nor pointing firearms at you. They were not in the way, and standing off to the side. In the clip, it appears to me you intentionally hit at least 1 person. (B.) You drove your vehicle into a hospital, how would you pretend to roleplay that? Why not roleplay measuring the steps of the hospital? (C.) I apologize for accusing you of misusing C flags, I was simply following the advice of another staff after I called and made a ticket about it. (D.) It was not RDM, as you had damaged and killed several people in the hospital. You had no grounds whatsoever to take the DRK employee to a sit, as you had just hit several people, killing at least one. (E) Individuals involved were not showing a clear disregard for their own safety because if you hadn't noticed, the hospital is not a road. (F) Even if you did not switch to a staff character (which is my mistake for assuming but the point still stands) you handled the situation as you would on your staff character, using OOC means to punish an incident that was very much an IC issue. Even if you didn't switch characters, you still did everything in OOC, to punish a very, very justifiable action of shooting you for hitting a doctor with a car and attempting to still get away. In no way was that an RDM on the DRK member's part, however looking at the clips, that very much appears to be RDM and/or VDM. In no way is this report satirical, and I don't understand why you would think this. I find your response concerning that someone can't tell the difference between people walking into the road and standing in a hospital lobby.

Bug Number One: When ragdolled while in a seated position induced by either vehicles colliding with the player or /fallover, players become invisible due to a bug where their player model is glitched through the floor. If ragdolled inside a moving vehicle, a person's player model will appear glitched behind the vehicle. This is not a new bug, and has been in the server for as long as I can remember.

Looking out of the hospital windows, I see a man driving his vehicle into the hospital's main lobby. Demanding several times he leave, he continued to drive about the lobby, before reversing and demanding we “Turn the door the other way, otherwise it's impossible to leave.” Attempting to vacate the hospital, the man begins to violently reverse and ram the door, and hits 1 or 2 people trying to leave. After he finally gets his car through the door, my good friend, Otto von Licht, DRK president and basically the caretaker of the hospital walks to the stairs leading into the hospital, where the man reverses over Otto, ragdolling and killing him. Arrow attempts to drive away after that, but gets stuck on the lip of the sidewalk. Another member of the DRK opens up with his semi-automatic pistol, and kills the man. He then says something about him banning the DRK before his body’s ragdoll despawns. Moments later, the DRK disappears in front of me while I was questioning him in RP. He was taken to a sit by Arrow, and the man driving the car turned out to be one of Arrow’s IC characters. Later, the DRK member returns, and Arrow gave him a note, which is exactly as follows: “Note | 1735332064 | Mr_Arrovv(STEAM_0:1:701025846)RDM | Ban on next offense.”

+1 Nice guy, good role player. I think he would make a great addition to staff, here's why: A.) He is active frequently, and won't typically miss too much of the week. B.) He actually puts in effort into whatever he is doing, weather that be training people, making paperwork, or making the server better. C.) He is a decent human being. Nice to all, and funny. D.) He is efficient, and wont waist peoples time. E.) He knows the server well, and is very experienced. F.) IC Name: Karl Boris Rank and department: Gruppenleiter and Volkswatche Account of why I was PK'ed: I saw one of my VW men being arrested, and went to go ask questions about why. They said I was disrupting an investigation, and arrested me too. They brought me to the MOI, where they left me in a cell for almost 2 hours. Then, they came back and said I was free to go and protected from a court trial if I signed what they told me was an NDA. They released me, and i was walking back to RS and i got shot. I respawn in the RS, and not 5 minutes later, they come to the RS, and say they think I broke the NDA, and because i signed a doc i was mislead about, I had to plead guilty to "subversion of state security." They said they thought I had told a CO, and with no proof of this happening, got me life in prison. For a misdemeanor. Because they lied about the doc. Why i think i should be freed from life in prison: I committed a very small inconvenience for the NSB, and got PK'ed for something i don't even think is in the rule books.
