First of all, thank you for using the forums. I understand you may have been upset, but here and even in real life, running from your problems only drags out the situation. Of course, I do love the apology, as it demonstrates regret and maturity. While the ban may be concluded by the time I reply, I want you to walk away having learned something. I feel the ban was justified however it could have been avoided if you had simply stayed to discuss. That being said, it speaks volumes that you are willing to admit some wrongdoing and shows responsibility, to which I do very much appreciate. If it means anything I would shorten the ban, but it might be a little late for that. Thank you for dedicating the time and effort to submit an apology.

Hello, I was involved in your PK as the person that shot you. You had walked over, where an Unteroffizer had asked you (rather politely) about your honor dagger. Instead of attempting to explain why you had it, you said, "Don't speak to me, you stupid motherfucker." You started by being hostile and started spouting about talking to an officer. At this point, I mentioned it as well, to which you replied, "Suck my dick, loser." You then again stated, "Go tell an officer to go speak to me," and I had hit my limit of your blatant disrespect. I told you you were being detained and had about 4 people in total pointing guns at you. I had yelled at you to stop moving, which you ignored. I then told you I would shoot you if you failed to comply, to which you said, "Hey guys, keep shooting me because that's going to fix everything" (After we shot you in the legs) and "Go ahead, bro, fucking shoot me." I gladly obliged that, because you were not complying with our orders even still. After we killed you, you were detained, where you proceeded to talk about your medal (Which the clip was taken in either a different server or an incredibly aged iteration of Prometheus, either way, swastikas everywhere). You would not seem to accept any reason we gave for detaining you, and even in the sit, you continued to whine and complain, calling it FailRP. I believe that James's decision was completely justified and entirely caused because of your unwillingness to listen and respect others, guns trained on you or not. You clearly had little value for your life in that situation, as previously mentioned (Fucking shoot me). Of course, I will leave it for others to decide, but if you and others would like to watch the situation, I will provide the clip.

+1 Known this guy for a while. He is level headed, intelligent, fast at learning, and a diligent worker. In my opinion he would be a great addition to the staff team.

For clarification, when I say draw I mean on safety. Here are my responses: 1. Didn't see that but that brings the point you were evading arrest, giving us more reason to shoot and kill you; 3. He likely tried to tie you for being disrespectful, not because you missed a crosswalk; 4. Regardless of how completely or non completely you mocked my speech, you still very much did. Such activities are by nature intended to aggravate and anger your 'target'; 5. In the clip he snaps his weapon up right before you leave the stairs, which you decided to strafe to our left, which would have obscured my sightline. The other officer swings out and shoots you because from there he believed you would use the cover as a shooting position, or try to flee further 6. Regardless of if you meant to or not, you did not 'disprove' anything! You failed to notice in the moment and apologize, and also failed to comply with orders, and eventually fearRP. I struggle to understand what you are appealing here, the legitimacy of the fearRP or your setup's malfunction! Seriously, you don't even mention if the fearRP was relevant, instead picking out small things in the situation that attribute very little to you dying. It seems like your going after the situation itself, not what lead up to you being shot, which is non situational.

Sorry, was sandwiched between 2 walls of text and I didn't see it/misunderstood it. As for the PK itself, I think you had ample time to react to the gun but you still chose to continue running. We weren't originally going to tie you until your mouse mishap (to my knowledge). Do you have any comments about that which you think are important to add? Some further comments and questions of mine: I do not recall attempting to tie you; Why would we ask you to come back with your MP40 drawn, posing a risk to us, instead of just ordering you to freeze; Why did you assume we were automatically trolling; You wouldn't have been chased at all if you hadn't been mocking our speech and faction; My fellow LaPo officer had his gun drawn before you ran (or finished, my memory fails me) down the RS stairs, where you tried to either take cover or run further; And finally; How did you expect this to go? Mocking law enforcement officers, taking your MP-40 out, attempting to assault an officer, and fleeing afterwords?

Hmm. Not to be mean or anything, but you should attempt to fix your current mouse or purchase a new one. Also, not to call you a liar or anything, but I haven't witnessed the mouse input flaring up in any other encounter I have had with you. Perhaps this shouldn't have resulted the way it did, however I find it odd you did not mention anything in the ensuing sit, especially because I am certain it would have played the animation that occurs when a pistol whip is utilized, and am fairly certain you need to stop sprinting in order to use a pistol whip. I could be incorrect (If so, please let me know) but I find it slightly difficult to believe that it was an accident, even with the points you had presented. It is entirely possible you are being truthful, but I find it difficult to blame your potential malfunction for making the decision to not abide by fearRP. My clip doesn't highlight your malfunction very well though, so if you have a clip I am sure that would help to clear the situation up a bit, to assist in determining an actual issue. If you don't thats fine, but as it now stands I respectfully doubt it was an input malfunction.

Sure! (Clip) You took a swing, which is an intended violent action. If you had done this in real life towards a law enforcement officer, you would likely be immediately tased, if not shot. I do not recall making fun of you at any point during the sit. The individual who requested it had made some rude comments, which I motivated him to refrain from repeating. If you would like to remind me of what I said that "made fun of you," be my guest. As for the delay, it was caused due to awaiting responses from other staff members. As for the detainment, the person who requested only attempted to detain you after you tried to pistol-whip an officer of the LaPo (Me.). (I handled the PK because no other staff members were able to at that moment; the PK itself was approved by R4ged. We shot you because you began running from us after having firearms drawn. While it may have been a little short of a reactionary period, you still tried to run away. We told you several times to stop moving previous to you being shot, so claiming anything other than that is simply not true. When we had you at gunpoint, you continued to run regardless of the firearms pointed at you. While I do agree we didn't have you at gunpoint for some of the time you were running, it was in fear of the fact you had your MP40 drawn and feared being shot. That being said, good luck on your appeal.

Hello, I was somebody involved in your detainment on my Feldjager character. I noticed you were loitering very close to the base, even in front of the vehicle checkpoint gates at one point. I asked "Can I help you" and received no answer. I started to walk back to the base when I had heard over radio that you untied someone, so I reported your name over the radio, stating I had seen you near the prisoner. I was then asked to identify you as the one who was next to the prisoner when that happened, and attempted to detain you under gunpoint. Instead of stopping, you decided to back away and run, subjecting you to the PK guidelines (FearRP) causing your character to be permanently killed. Here is a clip from my point of view. Not trash talking whatsoever (yet). I pointed out several inconsistencies I noticed, as well as mixed in my own opinion. I get it if English isn't your first language, but you've not said anything about that, so I doubt it is. I also stated I do not agree with your metric of measurement for forum activity, and you hold it against me? Makes no sense to me but thats fine, neither do your sentences. Also, these ~20 posts are mainly higher quality, looking on your profile you barely contribute anything to any topics, for example, "-1 are you indian." Also, at one point, calling yourself "Adolf Rizzler." Really? Every post you have made besides appeals are incredibly low effort, not even taking time to capitalize, spell correctly, or think about the intent of a users post. I do apologize if I sounded like I was trash talking in my previous replies, but I certainly meant to do it in this one. You sound like you have no idea what planet you are on. Sniffing Air Duster rapidly kills brain cells you know. Typically, "Forum Activity" means you regularly check the forums for topics that may involve you, especially in a staff setting. Of course, if you had passed fourth grade language arts you would understand context clues, but you very clearly did not. Only if somebody told you that ingesting gasoline did not give you meaningful amounts of energy you might not have developed such a riddled occipital lobe. You realize you can read better with your eyes open right? Also, did I mention how stupid it is to measure somebodies entire staff application based on posts? Not everyone is a forum dweller like you, if only you used as many words, however useless, to talk to people in real life? Also, I am almost positive there is logic involved with making statements which make sense, showing that your contest of making as many forum posts as possible shaves off quality. Most people only need a few of your posts to see how broken your perception of the rules is. Looking at your account, by your standards (which I disagree with completely) your account is 14 months old, having 71 posts. Doing 71/14 shows that you do a little over 5 posts a month, which is counting all of these replies you love to randomly drop. I wouldn't be calling anybody out on activity with that close of a ratio. However, especially in this reply, the quality if said 'posts' contributes very little other than poor spelling. I have nothing against you, but I'm just saying.

Really? Thats your reasoning? Your point is so riddled with spelling errors making it practically unreadable, and you are comparing something that is completely objective. This makes literally 0 sense. Judging by your spelling skills, I'm going to guess that impacts your reading skills too. Just because you can't sit down and focus on reading doesn't mean others are, reading the rules several times is fairly simple for non challenged individuals. Calling him out because you can't read for an extended period of time is nothing short of disrespect. As for the application, I have interacted several times with this person. He is a skilled larper, responsible, and in my opinion, kind. Most importantly, he has the skills to grasp language!!! +1

Hate to say it, but I doubt you would make a very good staff member. You recently had your flags blacklisted for dropping a couple heavy props on top of a group, and I am not sure you are ready for the additional responsibility and power that comes with being a staff member. Speaking in terms of RP as the DRK-Präsident, you aren't incredibly skilled with RP, doing several irrelevant /its in the middle of autopsys, such as "/it he dead." With all of that being said, I do believe you can improve your skills in RP, as well as your accountability and responsibility. For now, I will have to give you a -1, but I think you could certainly be a good staff member if you improve on the things above.

This is a great idea, one that myself has been pushing for. Unfortunately, using a red cross violates international copyright laws without explicit permission, so it is important to select a different insignia. I thought maybe the caduceus with some color marking would be sufficient, but would likely require some modeling and retexturing. Still a big +1 from the DRK-Präsident though!
