I can understand that it was quite late but the length of the ban was chosen because you were kicked once before for the same reason, to warn you, since you also behaved very rudely towards me but also your large number of past offenses was very large, this is why I decided to ban you for a week.

I banned you because you committed RDM twice, the military members were chasing someone, that's true, but you didn't threaten them with a gun or try to rp, instead you just shot them, which is just RDM, maybe even NITRP, plus your appeal is very poorly written, which just indicates that you really don't care.

Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, I banned you because you committed RDM, which you even admit in this appeal, the reason for the length of the ban is because you had one note for MRDM and two bans for RDM and MRDM, you also acted very rude when I tried to explain to you that you committed RDM and that and the above reasons are why you were banned because there is clearly a pattern and it seems you don't understand the rules. Hello, I am the staff member who banned you, I banned you because you left the server to avoid Rp, you were in an active RP situation and left, there was a “man hunt” on you and you left and you were banned many times for the same reason and received many notes, I would even say that this ban should be extended because as you can see you have not learned from your past offenses and I even sent you a message on Discord and gave you about 10 minutes to return and you did not respond. So with that said, I don't think this ban should be lifted.

The reason I threw your car in the air was because I was told by another member of the staff team that this was a bannable offense, so I shot you instead of giving you a ban or a note, this was first of all pretty early this morning and from my current perspective I understand that this action was a little inappropriate but still better than a punishment, I apologize for disrupting your rp.
