DENIED. The situation in the clip was an rp scenario that could have been easily dealt with in rp. A man is driving a car in a lobby while I agree is a bit of trolling, doesn't constitute as breaking any rules (VDM) when individuals were willingly running into the car. The situation could have been dealt with by calling the police, placing the man under gunpoint and ordering him to leave the car. As for the staff abuse claim I have not been presented with any evidence of this.
