If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?: I have one for “metagame” i mentioned a faction “drk” shot someone, “drk shooting people is kinda crazy”, as i didnt realise that counted because it was in OOC, since then i have kept any communication strictly in character

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
For more than two and a half years, I have been a committed member of Prometheus Networks and have formed a lasting appreciation for the servers and the people it houses. I have spent a lot of hours both on and off of the server in the roleplaying environment, in that time, I have gained direct experience and knowledge in dealing with various challenges that arise from both sides of the player-staff split. I have dealt with my fair share of being Pk'd, handled prop and punch minges like a pro, and have de-escalated more heated situations than I can remember in the roleplaying environment. All of these experiences have led me to be here and applying for a staff position.
Staff members must act quickly and fairly when helping with tickets, assist both new and returning players, and uphold the integrity of the server in ways that cannot possibly result in personal gain. For example, no trading other people stuff for the benefit of other characters, etc. I am semi-knowledgeable in Nutscript functions, such as moving players around. But more than that, I am someone who values fair and un baised judgment above all else. I make decisions based on the evidence presented to me and pay no mind to personal interests or baises. I only do what is best for the players and the server.
I am sure that I can learn quickly and adapt to the role of staff member. My ability to cover peak hours and late-night shifts allows me to assist players when they need it and we're short-staffed. I pride myself in my ability to communicate effectively, de-escalate conflicts, and guarantee that every player has a fair and enjoyable experience.
My time in factions such as the Feldjagers has further reinforced my capacity to issue fair punishments and understand the significance of maintaining proper documentation, including logs for rule violations and screenshots for evidence of PKs. My dedication to preserving order and ensuring a positive roleplay experience makes me a strong candidate for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]: The primary purpose of a staff member is to make sure that the server is as fun and engaging  as it gets for everyone in the roleplaying community. This makes sure that the rules of the server are enforced, there is order and that players need help with queries and issues.
The duties of Staff members include: replying to tickets, reviewing clips, solving conflicts, and ensuring that everyone is treated equally. An important part of this task is to moderate players’ activities, report cases of misconduct such as RDM and NITRP, and enforce the necessary measures that can be applied up to the ban. This responsibility requires a lot of professionalism and there is no way one should practice favoritism at all. Another important duty is assisting players. Newcomers should be assisted, helped with name changes, faction moves, and any other in-game problem by staff members. This ability is critical in the prevention of the escalation of the roleplay conflict. Likewise, staff members are also expected to preserve the reputation of the server by shutting down cyberbullies and other offenders. They should work as a team to create a fair and structured environment while ensuring that the rules are applied consistently to all players. On top of that, the staff members are the face of the community and should do everything it takes to achieve that, for example by making sure that the server is as smooth as butter and is a haven for all roleplayers. I am willing to do this to make the server the best that it can be.
