Ronald Liebehenschel - My Main and most Popular Character, he’s a part of the KAG Staff and I own a few businesses where I earn money. It is mainly a Civilian RP Character, and will most likely stay like that.

Kommissar Randall von Klaussen - My Faction Character, where I am currently in the Police Courts 2nd chamber as a Richter, tasked with maintaining judicial process of those with policing commissions, and I am awaiting my BAR ID 

Terry Liebehenschel - Similar to Ronald, it is mainly a Civilian RP Character, and is a member of the Mannerheim Corporation.

 

How long have you been roleplaying?:

 

I have been roleplaying in the Genre since early 2023, starting on Prometheus and eventually moving to other servers, before eventually leaving, with infrequent visits until December of 2024, where I began to join Prometheus more regularly until today.

 

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

 

I have received 2 bans throughout my time on Prometheus, and only 1 Note. The first was for 2 weeks for Racism & Lying, and the second was for RDM and NITRP. Both of these bans were in Late 2023, and I have changed a lot since then. The only Note was for Flag Abuse on the 24th of October, 2024. I do not believe this was justified however, and the Note was also given by a Staff Member no longer on the team.

What previous experience do you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?

 

I have had a few Staff positions in smaller Nutscript Servers of a similar Genre, with my highest position being Senior Administrator in Athena Networks.

 

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

 

I believe I should be picked for multiple reasons. One of them is that I am extremely active within the server, and am well known by a lot of people in the Community. With this activity and popularity, I believe that I can help moderate the server with a more friendly approach, to encourage everybody to follow the rules while also being able to enjoy the server. Secondly, I am willing to learn and adapt to each scenario that can happen in the server, and I am willing to take feedback to improve myself and my Moderation, with this helping me achieve a higher understanding of the Playerbase. Thirdly, I believe I am quite fair with my judgements, where I always want to hear the other person’s story before making a decision, or taking someone’s side in an argument. But, I also understand how I am not perfect, and that I will make mistakes in places such as Roleplay, Moderation or just general Conversation, But as stated before, I am willing to learn. Fourthly, I want to help the Community. I love Prometheus and its player base, with it being a good place to socialise and roleplay with people around the Globe, with it having wonderful people, such as Peter Hochstetter. I want to help keep it enjoyable for others, and I understand that is very cliche, but I mean it. Finally, I enjoy helping People. I want to help people with their problems, and try and fix them to help improve their experience on the server to give a better public image of the Staff Team. I believe that if I am on the Staff Team, I would be able to help bridge the gap between the normal Members and the Staff to improve the Roleplaying experience. With these reasons, I think I would be a good pick for the Prometheus Staff Team.

 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

 

I believe the responsibilities of being on the Staff Team is to be Fair, Reasonable during staff sits but also willing to learn and adapt to new scenarios. It is important for them to understand the context on both sides during instances like tickets, and it is important to be fair in not only the Reprimand of Rule Breakers, but also for misunderstandings between people in the community. It is also important to decide on fair Punishment for different scenarios, with an example of having a high amount of Notes, a low total playtime, or the length between each previous infraction could increase the severity of the Punishment. It is also necessary to remain professional while On-Duty within Peak Hours and Low Activity, and to be a good example of how to abide by the rules and still be able to enjoy and have fun in the server, while still abiding to the rules.
