Why I Was PK’d:
I was walking down the sidewalk with my gun on safety when three people came up to me. I had tabbed out to read a document that one of the individuals gave me When I came back into the game, I saw a Grand Inquisitor pointing a gun at me. I didn’t know why.

One of the infantry asked “Why do you have your gun out” but the Inquisitor ignored him. Then I noticed I was getting tied up. I felt scared and confused. I fired a shot into the air—not at anyone—just out of fear. Right after that, the Inquisitor shot me. I shot back to defend myself but I died and got PK’d.

Why I’m Asking to Be Un-PK’d:
I’ve put a lot of time and work into this character. i was about to be promoted and earned my first medal. That meant a lot to me. It doesn’t feel right to lose everything over one moment that didn’t make sense to me at the time.

I wasn’t trying to cause trouble or break rules. I just reacted to what felt like a serious threat. I understand that things can look different to other people and I’m willing to learn from this.

I care about this server and the roleplay  I’d really appreciate a second chance to keep playing this character and continue riseing the ranks. Thank you for reading this.

The Grand Inquisitor stated to you, while you was alert and in game (not reading the document anymore as you were moving around.) to stop moving (while you was under gunpoint) you then proceeded to run away while you still were under gunpoint, you pulled your weapon then fired up into the air. We hesitated to fire as we believed this was you trying to bait us into "initiating a gunfight" regardless because you were refusing to comply under FearRP and then you pulled a gun and started firing we deemed it enough to kill you. Which resulted in your death for breaking FearRP.

This was also not random, you stated extremely communist phrases, completely failed loyalty tests and in general made the Inquisition acutely aware of your existence so we were going to PCO you to help you learn what the lore of the server actually is.

At the time I was confused and panicked. I didn’t fully understand the situation or how serious it was in the context of the lore. I also wasn’t trying to provoke anyone or cause problems. I now realize that my actions were not appropriate under FearRP and at the time I wasn't familiar with fear RP I take full responsibility for that and I deeply deeply apologize for my actions

Denied.

From the clip I have been provided, you were held under gunpoint and told in chat "Stop moving, do not speak over your radio or you will be killed" you then decided to break Fear RP by running away while under gun point.

You then raised your gun and started shooting in the air for some reason...?

You were then shot and killed meaning you were PK'd under the PK guideline: "Being killed while not abiding by Fear-RP"

Also I'll make this clear that apologising in your PK appeal is irrelevant and is not taken into consideration.

A PK is not a Administrative Punishment like a server ban It's a consequence of in character actions.

We don't accept PK appeals based on apologies.
