Vinzent Fahlgeist: Security Associate for Göttingen Corporation tasked with providing private security for all contracts and clients that purchase our services. Through many other means, I find ways to bring extra profit to help our corporation thrive and maintain power.

Inquisitor Christoph Fahlbusch: Tasked with collecting intelligence for preserving ideological purity, enforcement of loyalty, suppression of subversive elements, defense of the party, and maintaining order within Berlin. We serve the crown directly.

Stabsfeldwebel Luka Fahlbusch: Senior NCO within the first century of the Kaisergarde, tasked with being an example to the lower NCO’s and enlistedmen, ensuring the process of earning certifications, training, supervising training, so that subordinate members of the Kaisergarde can successfully and competently fulfill their role in guarding the Emperor and the Crown District.

I’ve been staffing servers and communities on Garry’s Mod, even owning one at one point, since 2016. I’ve had various roles including staff management, moderation, and community/server development (though I don’t code anymore).

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

I believe I would be a good addition to the staff team due to my past experience in moderation, community management, and roleplay servers. Over the years, I’ve held a variety of staff positions on different servers, ranging from Moderator to Admin and even Community Manager roles. I’ve developed an understanding of server dynamics, rule enforcement, and the importance of maintaining a fair and enjoyable experience for all players.
I believe my approach to being a staff member is balanced and important. I value fairness and consistency, while also understanding the importance of context and communication. I'm level-headed during conflict, always striving to de-escalate situations, and prioritize transparency. I take pride in being approachable and open to feedback, whether it’s from other staff members or the community itself. I try to be respectful to everyone no matter who they are, even toward those who may not get along with me. I do my best to remain unbiased and try to find middle ground when conflicts arise. I always try to put on a smile and be kind, even when I'm not in the best mood. I'm a good listener and always want to help where I can.
On top of that, I’m deeply invested in the roleplay aspect of the community. I understand the tone, lore, and immersion of an Imperial Germany setting. I also respect the immense effort that goes into creating a realistic universe, and I want to help reinforce and continue everything that has been built. My roleplay experience allows me to engage meaningfully, while my staffing experience ensures I can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Ultimately, I’m not here just to enforce rules, but rather I’m here to help create an environment where players can thrive, contribute ideas, and enjoy an immersive experience. If selected, I’ll bring both dedication and professionalism to the team, helping to support the community.
 

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

As a staff member on Prometheus Networks, my responsibilities go beyond just enforcing rules. They're about maintaining the balance of fun, immersion, and fairness. I believe the duty of a staff member is to support the player base. That means addressing reports quickly and fairly, helping new players understand the rules and roleplay environment, and stepping in when issues or conflicts arise to ensure they're resolved calmly and respectfully.
Another important responsibility is protecting the integrity of the server. That includes preventing metagaming, RDM, or failRP, stopping minges or those trying to disrupt roleplay, etc. I must also be able to differentiate between genuine mistakes and intentional trolling, applying punishments fairly and with context.
Additionally, staff are community role models. We set the standard in how we interact with others, and that means being respectful, clear, and composed at all times, even under pressure. We're expected to communicate clearly with both players and other staff.
Ultimately, our job is to create a safe, engaging, and immersive environment for everyone on the server. That requires patience, maturity, knowledge of the server rules, and a passion for seeing the community grow and thrive.
