Rules Broken / Conduct issues (Provide evidence for each): 
Saito, upon learning that I made a new character to join the Kaiserguard (because I did not want to participate in politics / dumb stuff anymore and just wanted some good old fashion KG Larp) decided to hop onto a character that has no job, position or title within the KG (An old character that he had no roles for, nor have I ever seen him use in character yet is somehow a Senior CO.) spoke with the Head of the KG saying that I was a "snake" and got him to fire me.

Additional Information: 

No additional evidence needed, this character has been in the KG for less than half a day, and in that half a day I was not logged on. I got on for 30 minutes to be hired ICly by KG Leadership, then got on again when they called me into the city for this "firing". There is no in character possibility of this having any backing.

To point out very bluntly.

You were fired because the Right Leadership did not let you in. Only the Chief and Deputy can put in Officers.

Though having Dragos harass me, you then attacking me, calling me a (nonce) which essentially means Pedophile in RP and essentially having a crash-out... yeah. Not a good choice to do.

For the Generalmajor's reason, i indeed spoke to him about you prior, but WHY you got fired was IC as aforementioned.

As to point out your Purchased rank's specification:

The listed ranks are for Military, however it will transfer to the equivelent for any other faction.

After creation you may transfer out to another faction rank equivalent if you wish to do so. (With IC approval).

And yet, thank you for ignoring my concerns about your behaviour.

There won't be any punishment for Saito in this case. His actions are understandable, espcially considering your history of disrupting situations like what happened yesterday, where you essentially RDM'd Saito when he was NHC member / Interior Minister during his coup attempt and were immediately gunned down for it.

Regarding your officer status if the Kaisergarde Chief and Deputy are the only ones authorized to approve new officers and you were not approved as an officer, then your removal is completely valid and from what I have been told is that your removal was approved by the Chief of the Kaisergarde so this would be considered an IC issue.
