Chess / Checkers Return

Description of the idea: add back chess- & checkers as boardgames, just like the old map had them standing near the reichstag plaza at the little park, include the leaderboard too!

Why should this be added?: these boardgames are timeless classics for garrys mod servers and allow for exciting matches between players, they enrich the roleplay atmosphere by allowing players to challenge each other. it also already existed before the map changed!

What negatives could this have?:  non other than more props added which could negatively effect the servers performance.

+1  I miss playing this with people. Definitely gives players something to do when not much is going on. Great roleplay addition.
