Leitender Staatssekretär Otto von Licht | My Main Character, whom I usually play, currently the Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Science. His primary responsibilities include recruiting and training new personnel, managing and assigning directives for research projects, and representing the ministry as a whole whenever needed.

Leutnant zur See Matthias Stahl | With the absence of the Marines from the Armed Forces in Berlin, he is now seeking new employment. His previous duties included recruitment, training, and overseeing the implementation of directives.

Günter Winkel | He is currently unemployed, spending his time in Berlin with hopes of one day starting his own business and pursuing new opportunities.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:
I have received a few notes during my time on Prometheus - one for a mugging rule violation and two for RDM. I acknowledged these mistakes and have since taken greater caution to prevent them from happening again; however, I have never received a ban.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?
I have never been a staff member in GMod; however, I have held staff roles in other games.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:
The main reason I believe I would be a strong addition to the staff team is my commitment to supporting the community by handling tickets and helping ensure that roleplay continues with minimal disruption. I’m an active member of the server and available during both peak and low-activity hours, which I believe will directly benefit both the staff team and the player base. Consistent staff coverage during off-hours is just as important as during peak times, and I’m regularly present for both.

I want to contribute to maintaining a fair, organized, and enjoyable environment on the server. Over my time on Prometheus, I’ve taken part in a wide range of roles and scenarios, which has helped me understand how the server operates and what players expect from staff. I’m reliable, consistent, and focused on handling responsibilities properly. I also understand the importance of staying composed and clear-headed in situations where players may be upset or rules are in question.

While I may not be the most experienced applicant when it comes to staffing in GMod, I adapt quickly and am confident in learning new systems and procedures. I approach each situation with care, listening to all sides before making a decision. I don’t see staff work as just enforcing rules - I see it as helping players understand them. This is especially important for newer members of the community who may need guidance early on.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:
As a staff member, my responsibilities will include ensuring that all players on Prometheus follow the server rules and enforcing them when necessary. This includes responding to tickets submitted by the community and addressing various issues and rule violations as they arise day-to-day.

I understand the importance of maintaining professionalism and respect at all times. I'm confident in my ability to do so, both during staff duties and while roleplaying on my characters. I aim to set a positive example for others on the server to follow.

As mentioned earlier, I believe it is important not only to enforce the rules but also to educate players when appropriate and necessary. My goal is to help others understand the rules and the reasoning behind them, especially newer players who may need guidance in learning the structure and expectations of the server.

A very responsible, dependable, and responsible player with a lot of experience. I see him in the city almost daily, and can attest to the fact that he is great with RP, as well as being an interesting and devoted person to any task he is given.  Along with this, he is a great friend. All in all, he would make a great addition to the staff team, and would undoubtedly make the community a better place.

Worked with the guy for over 4 months, better then your average mod, incredibly active, and is due to his timezone he is able to be on when most staff isnt and take ticket. Hes really dedicated to every job he is given, and very mature.
