Finanzminister Finn Stauffenberg,

Finn Stauffenberg is quite a old character by todays standard. He used to be the CdRK, Chief of GFP and Chief of SS-Courts among other things. Currently he is the Finance Minister. He manages the Finances of the Government and conducts meetings and audits.

How long have you been roleplaying?:

At least for 6 years now, started off with FiveM originally.

Have you received any infractions i.e Notes/Bans? If so, what were they for and what could you have done to prevent getting them next time?:

I have no notes and a 1-day RDM ban, that I didn't agree with but wasn't worth appealing due to it being only one day long.

What previous experience so you have as a staff member either within Garry’s Mod or the Nutscript Gamemode?:

Yes, I used to be a Moderator on Prometheus, roughly a year ago and more recently, about 8 months ago  I resigned both times due to me having to focus on real life goals. I also used to be staff on Werwolfgaming SCP RP. I was an Event Planner briefly, then Event Manager before getting switched to Moderator. I resigned and left the Community altogether shortly after. As an Event Planner, I was planning and executing events that happened on the Server. The Manager position was similar, just with super admin. I also was staff on a German FiveM Community, before ending up buying the community (lol). Development was a lot harder than I thought after a dev left, so I gave the server up to another member.

Why do you believe we should pick you for the Prometheus Networks Staff Team?[300 words or more]:

Due to my geographical location in Switzerland, I would be an addition to the “European Staff Team”. Staff coverage can sometimes be rather tight around the times I am online. I believe that I have the capabilities to stay calm in stressful scenarios. I have always considered myself a rather neutral person, especially when it comes to making opinions/decisions. Striving to take the best out of both sides so I can improve myself is something I do often, I also believe that I am capable and trustworthy enough to be entrusted with a position of power. I see myself as experienced enough to have a shot with Moderator. I think that I am decently known within the current playing community, at least enough to ring a bell. I can dedicate a lot of my time to the server and would certainly be a rather active server staff member. Although I don’t just have my pros to tell, I can be sometimes rather fast to speak, resulting in me stuttering or not being properly understandable under stressful situations, which I am actively working on. Critique and feedback is something I really appreciate, I am more than willing to adapt myself to the situations I am needed in and from the times I was Staff, I have really started to enjoy taking sits of players and assisting them in their problems. As for a closing statement as to why I believe I should be picked over others, I’m someone that’s always attempting to form my own opinion with a neutral stance, I always listen to what all sides have to say in an argument and am just generally a very adaptable, a jack of all trades if I might say so. I would also be interested in eventually joining the Event Staff due to my history in leading events and my experience in RP in general.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the position you are applying for in your own words? [150 Words or more]:

The staff’s job is to handle situations where two players conflict each other and the immersion of roleplay is broken. Staff is to assist the players wherever logically possible. (i.e. Player not knowing commands). The Staff on a Roleplay server are crucial for Rule enforcement, as when rules aren’t being enforced, they will be broken, resulting in a massive drop in the quality of roleplay since rules exist for a reason. The staff’s job is to always stay neutral, no matter the circumstance. As a staff, you have to interpret the rules correctly and follow them yourself to set an example, because Staff is always seen as an example, even if the Staff member was just recently appointed. It is crucial for members of the Staff team to know that they must tolerate everything that goes against them. Of course, if it goes against server rules, it is their job to punish the player. But simple banter in OOC Chat, criticism or anything else shouldn’t be responded to in a toxic way, as it’s unprofessional in my personal opinion. As a staff member, you are also not allowed to hold grudges over someone in a sit over something that happened in RP or outside of the server. If you don’t believe you can handle it fairly and neutrally, it’s best to just pass it along to another staff member.
