Explain why you were PK'd: I was pk'd for going into an NSNB member's pockets when he was tied up, along with shouting to a military member that he was going to be arrested by said NSB member.

Why should you be un-PK'd?: There was no attempt to resolve the situation using any other means. I simply reached into his pockets (Which IC I justified by saying I was making sure he wasn't stealing anything from the building he was just kicked out from), and shouted to a lower enlisted on the street that the man taking me ordered his detainment and to run.  Then *bam* shot in the head in an office.  There were plenty of ways to resolve this situation, such as cutting off my fingers so I can never reach into someone's pockets again, or cutting out my tongue so I can never tell a soldier he's going to be arrested. Maybe even beating me up or making me do document after document until they catch me on someone that they can get me killed or tried for. 

I feel like if Gary wasn't UA and any other joe schmo pulled me into an office and tried to pk a high ranking NCO for reaching into his pockets, that would be shot down. 

here was basically no RP in this whole situation, this is a very bad example of a proper pk. 

4. Attempt to resolve the matter using other means which don't involve PKing first, unless it is deemed impossible, and agreed upon by the approving staff member.

I stole that off of someone's inventory and didn't know it was connected to a google doc. I never waited the 10 seconds for it to load, so that wasn't on purpose. This isn't a good reason to just shoot someone.

Well realistically it's not illegal in game. Homosexuality is legal as well. It's not N@zi Germany anymore. Shooting someone for carrying explicit material is pretty wild Gary. 

 

I understand you see me as a minge, I get it really, and I'm not upset. I just want you to understand that I actually took that character seriously (while still having fun here and there). It was a very popular character that's been around for over a year I believe. It's a shame you saw only the bad side.

It was literally named "Woldorf STRENG GEHEIM Doctrine." I was tricked thinking it was something valuable with it being labeled "Top Secret". 

Something that should be noted is that I started playing on Prom again a couple weeks ago, before that i'd been gone for months. So whenever this new feature to add documents to the game was announced, I missed it. I saw something I'd never seen before labeled "Top Secret" and I grabbed it, then forgot about it later.

I seriously don't know how you expect anyone to believe this. Also, just because it isn't historical 1942, doesn't give you a free pass to be a vile degenerate. Food for thought.

I understand. It truly wasn't my intention to do degenerate stuff. Some mercy just this one time would really be appreciated.
