Explain why you were PK'd: Fear RP

Why should you be un-PK'd?: Lapo had been kidnapping people the whole day infront of me, they started chasing me with their guns out, clearly coming to detain me. I turn the corner to ensure no guns are pointed at me therefore breaking any Fear RP element of not following orders as no gun was pointed at me. I then gunned down the officer clearly ordering my detainment who, in this case had initiated the gun fight using a pistol by pulling out his weapon at me in the first place. 

In short, I was PKed when the guy ordering my detainment had gotten killed and he walked away from this scott free? While I get PKed for shooting at the guy who hasn't got a gun pointed at me attempts to whip it around in my face when I have already preaimed fired killed him and then his fellow teammate rounds the corner and finishes me off.

The man who PKed me is the guy I killed. 

In addition it was self defence, since he attempted to whip around his gun in my face and died for it at which point his friend rounded the corner and killed me.
